If you are looking for great products with excellent service, Event Rental Group is where you should go! Their product collection is amazing! You will be able to find anything you need for ANY theme you may have for your event. I highly recommend ERG. My contact there always helps me with anything i need. ERG is the total package. Excellent products with great service!

e had the worst experience with this company. Poor organization and ability to manage clients, plus just rude. This company was chosen for us by our caterer for our wedding in October. Our contract agreed our credit card would be charged the day following our wedding. In January we received a call that they had forgotten to process our payment of 6000$. We realize this is a bit our fault, but assumed the charges had come out with the catering cost, and were unprepared to pay that much money 4 months after our wedding. We created a payment plan with one of their workers Vera, which approved 4 equal payments over 4 months. We agreed to this by phone and email, and we signed a new credit card approval. To our dismay they charged us once as agreed and then 3 more times over the course of 2 weeks. When we called to discuss they were rude, unprofessional and said it was our fault for not paying on time (even though they were the ones who never charged us). These guys have horrendous organization, customer service and professionalism. They are not able to run a business in a timely way and despite being part of the wedding industry are so unknowledgeable about events. I would caution against using them over and over.

We've hired Event Rental Group to install big tent for a birthday party in the back yard. Right from the initial dealing with Ennio Serrani we've felt that this is the right vendor. Ennio's professionalism and knowledge helped us greatly to select the right tent for our outdoor space, choose proper lighting inside the tent and plan the seating of our guests. The quality of their products is great. Installation and disassembly were done properly and on time. I highly recommend ERG! They have excellent products and great service!
