What is the minimum order requirement for pickups and deliveries?

For pickups, we require a minimum order total of $100. For delivery services, a minimum order of $300 is required

When is the full payment for my reservation due?

We require full payment for your reservation 7 days before the event date. This deadline ensures that all financial aspects are settled well in advance of the event, allowing us to allocate resources, prepare your rental items, and schedule deliveries or setups with certainty. We recommend marking this deadline in your calendar and planning accordingly to avoid any last-minute complications

What payment methods do you accept?

For the convenience of our clients, you can use either credit or debit cards for instant payment processing. It’s important to note that we aim to maintain a secure and efficient payment process, and as such, we do not accept cash payments or e-transfers under any circumstances

My overall experience was good, I only needed the chairs for one day, but she informed me that my total amount was under the minimum amount, so I ended up having to keep the chairs for 2 days, I was charged a deposit fee of $5.00 that I never got back, which I reached out to her for and she said she would look into it, but never got a update about it. I know it only $5.00 but it's tge principal, because I returned everything in the condition I received it.
