This time, we decided to go with some appetizers and a plated dinner. The menu was divided into some appetizers at the beginning when everyone arrived and then three courses, starting with a delightful combination of Salmon Berries and Eggplant Tahini for my vegetarian wife, followed by main course options: Brazilian Pasta Pesto with Peruvian-style skirt steak, and Fall Tortellini with cassava for my wife. The meal finished with a delicious White Chocolate Strawberry Limoncello dessert. Each dish was bursting with flavour and texture, and we could not get enough. Andrey did an outstanding job of catering to our needs and provided an unforgettable culinary experience. He came with Nikita, who did an excellent job of serving and bartending us and making Aperol Spritz for everyone. I would highly recommend this private catering service to anyone looking to impress their guests with exceptional food and service. Overall, the menu was top-notch, and each dish was prepared to perfection

We had 8 guests, and Chef Andrey was accompanied by a dedicated waiter Fernanda who ensured impeccable service throughout the evening. They arrived an hour before the event to prepare the meal in our small kitchen, and I must commend Chef Andrey for his exceptional culinary skills, even in a limited space. Surprisingly, by the end of the evening, our kitchen was cleaner than it was initially.
The pricing was reasonable. Initially, we had six guests, and Chef Andrey kindly offered a discount if we could bring in two more guests, which we happily did. This not only allowed us to enjoy a wonderful evening with friends but also relieved us from cooking and service during the dinner – a truly remarkable experience.

We also utilized their bartender service, and Chef Andrey brought with him all the necessary condiments such as limes, lemons, mint, and syrups. He helped us create a cocktail menu for the event and even prepared a shopping list for the alcohol purchase. The bartender came equipped with all the necessary tools to mix our drinks, and we also outsourced to him the purchase of ice, which turned out to be more cost-effective than buying it in-store. Additionally, we started the event with a few charcuterie boards as guests were arriving.
For the main part of our event, we enjoyed a plated dinner with three courses, served family-style to provide different options for everyone to try. For the first courses, we had Burrata and Carne Asada. The inclusion of fresh truffles in our wild mushroom risotto for the main course was an amazing addition, along with fresh focaccia, Osso Buco, and creamy mashed potatoes. For dessert, we enjoyed Tiramisu, which was absolutely delicious. We were even treated to small chocolate truffles as an extra sweet finish.
Hands-on service was exceptional, and we had an amazing experience. We will definitely consider working with Chef Andrey and his company in the future.
