I had the chance to attend the venue’s first-ever Wedding Open House this week. It was a great showcase of the hotel’s versatility and charm, tailored specifically for event professionals. Floral arrangements by Angela's Bloom Studio, Unfazed Floral, and Sweet Stems Floral graced the spaces all highlighting the hotel’s ability to accommodate various themes and styles with complimentary candles by Bare & Co. The Postmark Hotel’s historic architecture, combined with modern amenities, was on full display. The Overlea’s panoramic views with floor-to-ceiling windows and the cozy, intimate setting of the private dining room were standout features. A perfect combination of spaces to host both large and small gatherings. The unique blend of old-world charm and contemporary design makes this venue a top choice for weddings and events in Newmarket.
The open house allowed The Postmark Hotel to show off its brand-new spaces firsthand. From the elegant table settings to the warm and inviting atmosphere, the event was a wonderful chance to reconnect with vendor friends – old and new – during the busy summer season. I left inspired by the venue’s potential and the quality of service provided by the hotel’s team.
Guests indulged in various menu offerings including Tomato & Mozzarella Arancini, Crispy Shrimp tempura, and delicious, house made Buttermilk Chicken Sliders.
