Helpful tips
When we started building the EventSource blog, we knew we were on to something special. Right from the beginning, a solid stream of stunning real weddings were being submitted to us by some amazingly talented special event vendors. As time went on, however, it became clear to us that we could use our platform to work toward and achieve something so much more than just showcasing pretty pictures...
Our guiding principle has always been simple: connect local vendors with local couples who are in the process of planning their special day. We love showcasing beautiful, inspirational content; however, a real wedding filled to the brim with stunning images ultimately serves far less purpose if the talent behind those photos aren’t likely to be recognized or utilized by our readers. You’ve undoubtedly noticed that EventSource publishes purely local content produced and designed by local vendors like you - vendors that our readers will actually recognize, trust, and work with!
We also strive to publish content that is representative of the diverse landscape of individuals who make up the GTA. We wholeheartedly encourage submissions for weddings that celebrate all walks of life. Diversity and inclusion is very important to the EventSource team, and we work hard to source material that showcases everything we love about this great city. We’d love to see what’s in your portfolio!
