We hired Valary for her full planning package for our October 2022 wedding.

Hiring Vivid & Vogue was the BEST decision we made for our wedding. EVERYONE needs a Valary in their life - she will be there for you from start to finish and help you execute the wedding day of your dreams.

Valary will deliver on any type of wedding you have in mind - from intimate backyard to large hotel wedding and beyond. Valary is beyond capable and professional, but also fun to work with. You will not dread meetings with Valary. She makes planning your wedding feel special, rather than stressful. She is responsive and knowledgeable. She is not pushy and will make you feel at ease.

Valary will execute your vision, but she will also help you figure out what your vision is if you need. She has an amazing eye for design and works to help you create a magical day that feels like you and your partner. She also has a great and organized team who will make sure your wedding day runs seamlessly so you can enjoy it.

Valary is well-connected - we used her recommendations for bands, photographers, officiants, and florists and all of the professionals she recommended were 10/10.

I could go on forever about how great Valary is. The summary is - HIRE HER. You will be amazed at how easy and fun wedding planning feels with Valary by your side.

Valary and the Vivid and Vogue team were the “day of” coordinators for our wedding on June 3, 2022. Our experience with Valary and her team was incredible and we truly believe we would not have had the special day that we did without them.

Whether it was assisting in the last few weeks before the wedding or during the wedding Valary and her team were always two steps ahead and there to advocate for us.

Our venue was unfortunately pretty rigid and difficult to work with so we were concerned when we decided somewhat last minute to move dinner between spaces within the venue. When we told Valary we wanted to move the dinner space she didn’t even blink and said “if it’s what you want, we’ll get it done”. Not only did they get it done but it turned out even better than we had hoped because of Valary’s dedication to our vision.

During the wedding Valary and her team were everywhere. We had a few hiccups throughout the day and we didn’t even realize it because the team at vivid and vogue had already dealt with them before we knew. This made our day stress free and allowed us to truly sit back and fully enjoy our wedding.

By the end of it all it felt like we’d not only had the perfect day but gained a friend, Valary and her team went above and beyond every step of the way and truly made the memories we have magical.

If you are looking for a planner or day of coordinator we would highly recommend Valary and her team at vivid and vogue.

With a narrow margin of two months to plan our wedding, Valary embraced the challenge head on and masterfully coordinated a wedding that far exceeded my hubby and I's expectations. From the get go, Valary proved to be an expert in her craft - very professional, kind, solution-focused, detail oriented...a real go-getter! She took the time to understand our vision, discussed the feasibility of implementing various components and the synchronization of these and was very transparent about monetary details. The day of the wedding, Valary was like a ninja - unseen but everywhere at the same time; the day went on without a hitch. Bottom line, hiring Valary as our wedding coordinator was hands down the best decision we made. Having her in our corner offered us the gift of peace of mind and time with our out of town guests. Valary was such an accommodating planner who was on top of every step of the process.

Planning for any wedding will have its stresses, but Valary alleviated a major bulk of them, breaking everything down into a digestible schedule, with checkpoints and check-ins to ensure everything fell in place for the big day.

Everything felt seamless with Valary. She listened to our ideas, while helping shape them according to budget and logistic realities without ever compromising on the vision.

Valary helped us find all the right partners to make our wedding everything we could have asked for and more. And because everything was so well planned ahead of time, all we needed to focus on during the wedding was each other, our family, and our guests.

We honestly couldn't have asked for a better planner and we're so grateful to Valary in helping make it such a memorable and seamless experience.

This review is a long time coming: Valary helped coordinate our wedding in August, and we had a fantastic experience with her. From the very start, she helped guide us to create the appropriate goals and timelines and regularly met with us to make sure that we were both on track as well as to assist us with difficulties that may arise. She was involved in communicating with all our vendors to ensure that expectations were understood and held from all parties. We appreciated her experience when it came to the types of questions we should be asking vendors and the venue as well as her feedback on our own ideas. She worked with us to create an appropriate day of schedule to make sure we had all the things we wanted, but also, to optimize time as much as possible.

On the day of, Valary and her team played a huge part in us having an amazing day. Everything was on schedule and everybody knew where to go. Throughout the day, we never had to worry about if something was getting done, or if anything needed to be done (decor, setup, arrival of vendors etc.) and were able to stay in the present. Of all of our feedback that we received, there was always a comment about how everything was so organized - and we really need to thank Valary for that. If you and your partner are thinking about getting a coordinator and/or if it fits your budget - DO IT! We can’t thank you enough Valary 🙂 She’s the best and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her!

If you are planning your wedding, you need Valary! From the moment we started planning with her she made the whole experience so enjoyable and stress-free. And for someone who c couldn't be more type-A, I can say with certainty everyone in my life was shocked that I wasn't stressed throughout this whole planning process lol. We have Valary and her killer organization to thank for that :) And not only did she take all the stress out of the planning, but she and her team also executed the most perfect day bringing every aspect of our dream to life!
