When I first started planning my wedding nearly a year and a half ago, I was a bit on the fence about hiring a wedding planner. Eventually, I came around to the idea when I realized how much work it would be and so I interviewed approximately 10-12 wedding planners in the GTA, and I had by far the best feeling about Zerlene. Now that my wedding is over, I would say that Zerlene was easily the single best investment we made in our wedding, and I attribute the success of our wedding entirely to her. From the start, Zerlene was incredibly organized and responsive. She remained on top of all the details, constantly reminding us about deadlines and decisions and did not let things slip through the cracks. Zerlene also had amazing vendor recommendations, attended all of our meetings and had questions for the vendors that I wouldn't have even thought to ask.

Zerlene went above and beyond. Our wedding was not an easy one - it was a large wedding (nearly 200 people), and we had a lot of individual guest accommodations and specific requests for various vendors. She was able to execute on all of it and always remained incredibly calm. Even in the face of a couple of difficult vendors that we were dealing with, Zerlene was on top of it - she reached out to them immediately and frequently, and she advocated for us to ensure that we got what we wanted.

If you are at all on the fence about hiring a wedding planner (or can't decide which you want to hire), you will absolutely not go wrong with Zerlene. She was the best decision we made, and I could not be happier with how our wedding turned out. Thanks to Zerlene, it will truly be remembered as the happiest day of my life.

I hired Zerlene for her month before + day of wedding package services and she exceeded my expectations. I felt much less stressed during the weeks leading up to the wedding and especially on the wedding day itself. She ensured that no detail was missed in order for the big day to flow seamlessly. Additionally, she is also a joy to work with and always got back to me promptly to answer any questions I had. She is also much more reasonably priced vs. Many of the other coordinators/planners I look into. Thanks again for everything, Zerlene!

Zerlene from Impresario Events was invaluable in planning our multi-day, multi-ceremony wedding. The bride and I hired Zerlene for full service wedding planning for a wedding in Toronto, and we live in the US. Given that we were remote, we could not have planned such an amazing wedding without her. My daughter's wedding would not have been as magical without the help of Impresario Events and the expertise of Zerlene!

Zerlene offered wonderful contacts for trades, held our hands while we made decisions and was invaluable during the day. Our wedding was not a traditional wedding, it was a big party in a local bar but Zerlene brought organization to the chaos allowing the wedding to feel friendly and elegant and warm. Zerlene's presence allowed us to enjoy our time and our friends and family that would not have happened if we managed on our own. We will be forever grateful.

My husband and I want to thank Zerlene from the bottom of our hearts for her incredible work, and for the magical day she's helped create for us.

She's incredibly experienced and knowledgeable. Her expertise was invaluable in choosing the wedding vendors from among the thousands out there, and she truly helped us select the best ones. And on the day of the wedding, she and her assistant were heroes. They were meticulous, performing all the tasks I requested, as well as those I hadn't considered but were crucial. They probably fixed all the issues I'm still unaware of, ensuring everything ran smoothly. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out!

One of many things that I really appreciated with her was how she understood my budget limit, and how she suggested vendors who are very skilled and affordable at the same time. The vendors that Zerlene suggested had prices that were unmatched with other vendors. Plus the quality of their work was really good that it did not feel at all like it was a compromise between price and quality.

Her professionalism and calm demeanor throughout the planning process made it such a pleasure to work with her. She handled every challenge with grace and ease, making it seem effortless. We are so grateful to have had her by our side, and we choose Zerlene as our wedding planner even if we were to do it all over again!
