Before founding WGM Weddings Co., Shir’s career spanned fashion, bridal craftsmanship, and corporate leadership. With a background in fashion design, she began her journey at Kleinfeld, where she enhanced her eye for detail as an assistant bridal gown tailor. Her experience in administration and as a director of corporate services further honed her ability to manage complex logistics, lead teams, and execute with precision. This unique blend of artistry and operational expertise allows her to approach event planning with both creativity and structure, ensuring each celebration is handled with the highest level of care.

What is your full-service planning fee?

At WGM, we believe a flat rate is unfair to our clients, as the size of the celebration determines the amount of work and time spent planning, and we never want to charge our clients unfairly. That's why we charge a percentage fee based on the total amount spent for the celebration. Our planning fee is 18% of the total investment spend

Do you offer promotional rates?

Yes! We have three promotional rates we can offer to our clients, if applicable. We can offer a referral rate, a bundle rate, or our "lock-it-in" rate

Why don't you offer partial planning or month-of-coordination services?

At WGM, we believe in providing our best, most exclusive and high-level service to each of our clients like they're our only client. To do this, we must focus on full-service planning only. This is a fully loaded service where everything is done for you. As a luxury client, your time is extremely valuable and you should focus on the things that matter most to you while we handle the rest

What should my total investment be to work with you?

We work with clients who typically allocate $60k to $500k for weddings, and $10k to $50k for social events, corporate events, and micro weddings.
