Where do I begin!? When my now husband and I started our wedding planning, we seeked advice from many other newly wed couples about getting/using a wedding coordinator. The response was either they did and recommended we do too, or they didn’t but wish they had. We decided to explore and connected with 2 different planners. While we loved what they offered, we were still skeptical with spending the money on this service. Not to mention, my mom didn’t think it would be a good use of money. We continued to do planning ourselves for a few months and later came across Events by Whim and decided to connect with their team. One of the biggest things for us when choosing vendors, was the connection, conversation and vibe we felt with that vendor. We had the pleasure of meeting Alisha from the team, and we instantly felt that connection and vibe we were looking for. Alisha made us feel so comfortable and reassured from the very start. She walked us through everything they offered for month of coordination, which included a virtual walkthrough of the platform used and several guides available for couples. When we left that call, we knew we wanted to get the month of coordination, as we were comfortable with handling the planning up to that point, but wanted someone to take over closer too. Let me tell you, they did not disappoint! Alisha took over a month before our wedding. She was on top of everything and made sure all our vendors were confirmed, helped us finalize our itinerary, raised our attention to things we didn’t think of along the way, and soo much more. Our wedding consisted of 2 days - ceremony and reception. Michelle was our lead day-of coordinator, with Cristin-Marie working alongside for our ceremony and Grecia for our reception. With our 370 plus guest count, these ladies were on their toes all day/night. They made sure everything went according to plan, keeping us informed along the way for any tweaks and changes, or just checking in to make sure we were doing okay. We also received soooo much positive feedback from our friends and family attesting to the wonderful job of these ladies for both days. And remember my mom, who didn’t think we should get a coordinator. Well, her feedback was that the ladies worked super hard and did such a great job. She even recommended to a relative having a wedding later this year, that they get a coordinator as well - what a surprise lol. Overall, these ladies did an AMAZING job and we couldn’t be happier with our decision to choose the Events by Whim team! If you are considering a wedding coordinator, whether full planning or day of coordination, I would highly recommend their team!

Events by Whim saved the day! My now husband and I thought we could plan our wedding ourselves (being the perfectionists we are) and quickly found ourselves drowning. When we found Events by Whim, we felt an instant connection and boy are we glad we did! Alisha was an absolute joy to communicate with and linked us with our fairy godmother, Nirvanie. Nirvanie took away all of our stress and made our dream wedding a reality! We honestly couldn’t have done it without her and all of her amazing connections. One of the best decisions I made for our wedding was booking Events by Whim for Month of Management! We were on the fence about having a planner for our wedding, but we are SO grateful we did. There's so much that goes into preparing for a wedding day that I never expected and Alisha made sure that every detail was planned for - As a Type A person, this made me way less stressed! She really became my right-hand woman, always available for last-minute questions at any hour of the day, and was the person we could trust to handle all hiccups happening behind the scenes.

She also helped with the design of our Florals & Decor which blew us away and brought our dream to life! Our guests were constantly complimenting how beautiful our decor was.

Huge shout-out also to Nirvanie and Cristen-Marie who went above and beyond to make everything on our wedding day go so smoothly - Your 3-way calls made us feel like celebrities, and the way you had Archie nibble our cake was incredible!
