I hired Olivia and her team for month of/day of coordination for my wedding in June, which was one of the best decisions I made for the event. From the day we connected and signed our contract, Olivia was an incredible resource. She was responsive to my endless list of questions and provided valuable insights that I would not have had without her experience. Her expertise and professionalism were both valuable and so appreciated. She created a timed schedule that encompassed every little detail for the day. There are so many considerations that I would not have had if I didn't have Olivia on my team. The day of the wedding was executed so beautifully by Olivia and her team or professional women. Everyone was incredibly resourceful and efficient. I don't know many brides who say can say that they were so present on their wedding day, but I had the privilege of really living in the moment because I knew I was taken care of by Olivia and her team. We cannot recommend Olivia and her team at Liv Chic Events highly enough! Taking over our wedding planning during the month leading up to the big day, Olivia brought calm, structure, and confidence to every aspect of our wedding. We had a large wedding party, multiple locations to move between—from getting ready spots to the ceremony and reception—and countless details to manage, but Liv Chic Events made it all feel seamless.

Olivia and her team were true professionals, coordinating effortlessly with our venues’ staff, decorator, MCs, photo and video teams, cake vendor, and even the furniture rental crew. They managed every moving part with ease and kept everyone on schedule, allowing us to enjoy every moment without stress. Their attention to detail was especially evident with our intricate seating chart; they ensured each guest knew where to go and exactly what to do, which made our reception flow smoothly and kept our guests feeling taken care of.

One of the standout aspects was their handling of the order of events. Olivia’s team made sure every moment was organized and on time, And when it was time to wrap things up, they helped with the tear-down and made sure all our DIY items were organized and retrieved.

We worked with Olivia Quintyne for our wedding and it was one of the best decisions we could have made. Olivia and her team were phenomenal and helped us to create one of the best moments of our lives, truly the wedding we envisioned. They were fantastic every step of the way. From helping us to find venues to keeping track of all our requests and bridal party, even the event decorator she helped connect us with. Everything every step of the way she helped us with! For the Groomsmen and bridesmaids, she helped us find excellent places for them to get fitted that was well within our budget and also very experienced, our video and photographers, our venue representative, our event decorator, even the officiants, Olivia helped find everything we needed. She helped us organize charts for our wedding and frequently met with us to check-in to see how we were doing. I dont think we could've asked for anything better! On the wedding day her team was swift and amazing in making sure eveything flowed on time and to our schedule. Every detail we needed and requests we had, Olivia was there to assist with. It was one of the best days of our lives and our guests also enjoyed it! Absolutely fantastic and wonderful! To be able to sit down and explain the vision, then put it together and then see it live on the day of was one of the most extraordinary things to witness. I would strongly recommend using Olivia and her team for any weddings you have, she is very well organized, very well connected and her team is wonderful. They can handle just about anything and is the best you can find! Truly someone I would say is an amazing human being and a good person through and through.
