Nat & Ruby are a fantastic team to work with and our wedding was absolutely incredible as a result.

Pre-Wedding

Nat is highly organized and experienced with the planning process and communicating with her is a pleasure. She is professional, empathetic and patient when discussing all of the details and had a great deal of experience with our specific venue.

She brought things to our attention which we were not previously aware of, managed the communication with our vendors once the designs were finalized and streamlined the logistical process for us so that we only had to deal with her once all the vendors and designs were settled. It made things INFINTELY easier to deal with a single person who is on top of everything rather than juggling a hundred emails from 50 different people. Having her definitely elevated our experience given that we had no idea about some things (ceremonial or photographic ideas/traditions) that ended up being some of our favourite moments from the wedding.

Her response time is absolutely first class. We will hear from her within the hour when there is a question, inquiry or clarification regardless of urgency. Even if it's simply a confirmation that she will look into it, the response time certainly made the process a little easier.

Wedding Day

Ruby was our on-site coordinator on the big day and she definitely lived up to the standard that Nat set. There were a few adjustments and changes on the day that were not planned (we got exhausted and realized some of the things we wanted to do were not going to possible), and Ruby handled the adjustments like an absolute pro.

If we asked to change things up, there was not a single moment of conflict or hesitation, Ruby simply did what was needed in order to execute the new game plan. Not easy to do that with the gracefulness and composure she did. We never felt for a second that the Wedding Team could not handle a request or change. It made things much easier knowing that we could ask to change a plan (we gave up on our table toasting after 3 tables lol) and our agenda was still moving along smoothly and our guests never knew the difference.

Post-Wedding

After all was said and done, both my wife and I reflected on the whole process and we agreed that hiring Nat & Ruby was the best vendor decision we made. It was the little intangibles that actually made this service elite; the attentiveness, the professional communication, the accommodation of all our ideas (great or foolish lol), and the empathy of understanding how important this day was and how stressful things were. During the year, the communication between all the vendors and reviewing all the contracts and all the work going into picking, designing and choosing got to an overwhelming point. The Merrier Co. helped to simplify that process to a manageable point and we were able to a have a wonderful time and provide a fantastic party for all our guests.

I stumbled upon The Merrier Co. after attending a wedding at the same venue I was having my wedding at that Nat was the month of coordinator for. Even as a guest I experienced how smoothly and beautifully the whole wedding went and even got confirmation from the bride and groom that they were freely enjoying their special night thanks to The Merrier Co. After that I was sold and had to have Nat as our month of coordinator and it was the best investment we could have made for our big day. When we met with her we knew we’d work well together and from the moment we signed with her she was readily available to answer any questions I had and made the month of our wedding so much less stressful. With their organization, attentiveness to detail and expertise, my husband and I had the most perfect wedding of our dreams and got to enjoy every minute of it! We are so happy and thankful to have worked with her.
