We had a great experience hosting our spring social event in one of the boardrooms. Kate was helpful, and responsive, and provided valuable recommendations for a successful event.

Our Education Organization was very grateful to both Kate and UTSU for allowing us to rent space on their fourth floor. The spaces were perfect for our SAT Courses and it was a central location for our students who came from all parts of the city. Whiteboards were excellent as they were movable, and Kate allowed us to have multiple whiteboards in one room. When we did a walk through of the building, we were impressed not only of the rooms on the fourth floor, but also of the other multi-use spaces all throughout the building. Everything is clean and polished likely owing to the fact that it's a new building! But even so, Kate checked up on us multiple times to ensure all was well with our staff and our clients.
