The Bram & Bluma Appel Salon is a versatile and engaging space where the library mounts its large-scale high-profile literary and cultural programs. Flooded with natural light, the Appel Salon offers a contemporary modular design and is comprised of three rooms which can be used separately or in combination. The Executive at Amnesty International Canada was very pleased overall, with the event for International Women's Day held at The Bram & Bluma Appel Salon. Your staff was professional from the start, and getting the break as a Non-for-Profit did not go unnoticed. It was also a pleasure to see the close attention paid to details at every step, especially when Brad saw that my head table covering needed smoothing, he stepped in with a steamer and did the job, thank you Brad. Thanks Jenn for your support as well, and for always being there when needed.

Re: Catering - all positive feedback on the food and the service was on point at every step.

Re: AV Company - very easy to work with, very professional and delivered all that was requested, and adjusted with no issues when we had changes in the program. They worked beautifully with our staff and we ended with a smooth running program.

We will certainly recommend this space to anyone in the future and I'm sure we will be back. Thank you again.

Neuberger Holocaust Education Centre

We had a Holocaust education public program and book launch in January. The Salon was perfect for this - great, flexible spaces for the lecture, book sales, book signing, reception, etc. The rooms were spacious and beautiful and the staff was professional and attentive. Meghan, the AV company, and the venue team were all helpful and professional and we had a smooth and successful program for 400 people. The nonprofit rates were very much appreciated. Would definitely use it again.

The rooms and space at The Bram & Bluma Appel Salon are impressive, the location at Yonge and Bloor ideal. It is obvious that much thought had been put into the functionality of the facility -- meals and receptions flow smoothly. The staff gave us the benefit of their experience as we worked through the design of our event, offering guidance and flexibility during the planning stages. We're going back!
