Tania Pollack manages every aspect of the decor planning, sourcing, supplier communication, install schedules and day of set up. Decor ideation and management include, but are not limited to, flowers, draping, ceiling designs, backdrops, signage, candle holders, table runners, custom vinyl, seating charts and more.
This service on its own is for the client who has begun planning their event but need an experienced designer to create the event design and execut it seamlessly and in the way you envision. Working with your selected venue, this service focuses on all elements of design from conceptualization to sourcing. We curate a comprehensive design moodboard that embraces your vision, secure trusted suppliers and vendors that fit your needs and execute the design planning from floor plan development to the day of install schedules. Ultimately, we guide you through all design logistics and support you with innovative ideas to help bring your vision to life.
In addition to the Full Design Planning service, TPD offers a full Full Event Planning Service along with a Month of Planner. Our Event Management package provides a Full-Service partner all while keeping your budget top-of-mind.
The planners responsibilities are:
- Provide vendor referrals and negotiate contracts.
- Schedules and attend all vendor meetings.
- Track deposits and payments for all vendors.
- Creates detailed timelines and floor plans.
- Helps determine and manage your budget, as well as tracks deposits and payments.
- Attend site tours and menu tastings.
- Coordinates hotel room blocks and transportation.
- Manages the rehearsal.
- Oversees everything on the wedding day (makes sure everyone adheres to the timeline, handles snafus, manages vendors, and executes your vision on-site).
This service encompasses all aspects of planning and is designed for clients who are too busy or struggling with pulling all the pieces needed. Working together on a month-to-month basis and leaving it to the experts will give you a peace of mind as you have a partner to help you through each stage of the planning journey. This service often begins 12 to 16 months prior to the event day.
