Callie and Sam were absolutely amazing! We did not worry one bit during throughout the whole day. They were able to seamlessly transfer decor from the ceremony, to the cocktail area, then to the reception room. Callie also took over communication to the vendors closer to the day of wedding. She made sure that we stayed on our timeline throughout the whole night, and cleaned up all glassware afterwards. It also brought us ease knowing she was able to speak cantonese to my family members. She knew exactly what she was doing and corresponded with the venue coordinators on the day of so we did not have to worry about anything. Thank you so much Callie and team! :)

The best thing I did at my wedding (besides marrying my husband) was hiring Callie!
I am going to try to keep this brief but it's hard to with everything she did for us!

Originally we didn't have a coordinator in our budget and wanted to find someone to handle clean-up so we could enjoy our day to the fullest. What Callie did was WAY beyond our expectations!
Before the wedding, she caught a timing error and solved it very quickly. We spent time going through all the details so everything was perfect for the wedding day and I didn't have any worries or have to answer any questions on the actual day.
She perfectly laid out all the decor and made it all so beautiful. When the rain hit, she acted quickly to get everything inside.

Throughout the day, I had many other vendors tell me how amazing she has been to work with, which speaks to the care and time she puts into her work.

Our day went perfectly and smoothly all thanks to Callie.

The true icing on the cake was the Google Drive we received after of all the behind-the-scenes pictures and videos she took throughout the day. It was almost like having a third photographer there.

If you are debating hiring her, just do it! I promise you won't regret it!

Callie is the best! She is responsive and accommodating to our needs. She played an integral role in our Chinese/Vietnamese tea ceremony - providing translation and explanations of the process to our families. For the wedding itself, she and her assistant helped turned my vision into reality and made it even better - I did not provide her with a visual table mockup and only explained how things should be laid out, and she was able to set our tables so beautifully and added extra touches to our venue! She exceeded my expectations. She was in coordination with all my vendors and I felt reassured knowing she had everything all handled. She was also our reception emcee and she did a great job emceeing in English and Cantonese - she truly does it all! Before she left, she also helped put away all my decor so I didn't have to worry about it at the end of our wedding. Friendly, flexible and reliable - I highly recommend Callie and her team!!

My husband and I just got married June 2024 and everything went exactly how we wanted it to. We went with the month-of-coordination service, and it really helped us out. Since my husband and I already found our other vendors and sorted out contracts already, Callie was there to iron out all the final details you don't really think about leading up to the wedding date. She also did an amazing job communicating with all the other vendors to ensure everything went according to our itinerary for the day of.

As for the actual wedding day, Callie and her colleague Sam did such a lovely job keeping everything flowing between the ceremony and reception. This was my biggest concern because we were using 2 venues in different cities (Markham and Richmond Hill). She also helped out with decorating/clean up our ceremony venue and even improvised with repurposing some of our DIY décor into the reception venue (truly took me by surprise).

Overall, Callie and Sam made sure that not only things were running according to schedule, but ensured my husband and I were happy, well fed, and hydrated!! We loved everything her and her team had to offer. So happy we went with Callie and would recommend to anyone needing a coordinator! :)
