We cannot express enough gratitude to Jennifer for making our wedding day truly magical! We hired her for both Event Management and Design, and she brought our vision to life in a way we could have only dreamed of.

From our very first meeting, she listened to our ideas and transformed them into a beautiful reality. Her attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills made the planning process enjoyable and stress-free. She was always available to answer our questions and offered amazing advice that guided us every step of the way.

On the day of the wedding, everything went flawlessly thanks to her meticulous planning. It felt like a fairy tale, and we were able to focus on enjoying our special day without any worries.

Not only is she incredibly talented, but she is also a genuinely wonderful person to work with. We felt supported and cared for throughout the entire process.

It's hard to know even where to begin with this review. I cannot say enough good things about Jennifer and what an invaluable service she provided for our wedding. I am a very organized, spreadsheet savvy, type-A person and thought we would be okay without a planner - but I am SO glad that Jennifer encouraged us to do both Event Management & Design. She was with us every step of the way providing insider advice and suggestions. Her itinerary was second to none and kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes for our wedding - no easy feat as we had a large bridal party! Both virtually and in person she was communicative, prompt, kind, considerate and a great listener. We really wanted to incorporate sustainability into our day as much as possible and Jennifer made that happen - partially thanks to her gorgeous collection of exclusive vintage rentals. This is where Jennifer really shines - making our wedding day dream vision into a reality. She has a great eye for colour and detail and makes everything look like it came out of a fairytale. Her detailed PDF design guide, shared with us soon after booking, became our go-to for anything styling related. I decided to DIY all of our stationery and she went above and beyond to help me make sure it was perfect.

Your planner and designer will be the most important vendor you secure for your wedding day - and booking with Tufts & Toile was the best decision we ever made!

I am a very, very satisfied Mother of the Groom! I live in Newfoundland and my son and his now wife live in the Toronto

We had another child get married two years ago and we planned the wedding on our own and that came with a lot of stress and endless calls trying to track down busy vendors and left an enormous amount of work for my daughter and the rest of the family to do for wedding day and day after.

When my son got engaged I knew it would be harder for me to be of help because of the physical distance of provinces between us. They were really not sure where to start and things weren’t moving along very quickly, and there was so much out there to choose from because the wedding industry in Toronto is massive and I think they were overwhelmed. I told them they need to look for a good planner! My now daughter-in-law did some good research and found Jennifer of Tufts and Toile highly recommended. They made an appointment to meet her and they were immediately put at ease. She had experience working with the venue they wanted, she had worked with the photographer they had chosen to to the engagement photography and would now do the wedding as well. It just all seemed like a perfect fit. Jennifer was able to guide them as they worked out their vision together and gave them lists of recommendations for other vendors that were needed.
Jennifer is so very organized as the days were getting short to the wedding the couple were getting their schedules, communication was being sent to the minister and the florist and other vendors. The day of Jennifer had assistance there to make sure everyone was in the places they needed to be at the right time, there was never any questions or panic about what we were to do next. She has done this many times and has cracked the code on a flawless ceremony. She also took care on the schedule to make sure the bride and groom had quiet moments alone, to see the banquet room, they slipped out alone for some golden hour photos. And at the end of the night with our feet tired from Dancing we didn’t have to pack up any boxes, move any decorations deliver anything we’d rented, we just turned and walked away. It was a magical, joy filled day, crafted by the skill Jennifer she has in planning, the eye she has for decorating. Run, don’t walk to book Tufts & Toile, she is worth every penny!

My review comes in a bit late, but nonetheless wanted to make sure I shared my experience with Jennifer. I was on the fence on whether I needed a day-of coordinator and boy am I glad that I hired her.Jennifer went above and beyond. Not only was the day amazing and turned out exactly how I envisioned, but she made sure the last month leading up to my wedding was stress free (I had a lot going on lol). She handled everything with grace and truly made me feel like I had nothing to worry about. It was such a pleasure to work with her and would 1000% percent recommend!! I cannot say enough about Jennifer and her team!

We approached Jennifer at Tufts & Toile based on a recommendation of our venue, Ball's Falls Conservation Area. We were immediately so impressed with her collection of decor and also her organization, and signed her on for coordination services and used her decor collection, too!
Jennifer is no 'day-of' coordinator. The MOMENT we hired her till our wedding day, she was there for us, answering any questions, and more importantly asking questions we hadn't thought to consider!!! She is thorough and knowledgable, creating the most highly detailed itinerary ANYONE in my party had ever seen! She took our ideas and questions seriously, and made us feel so confident right away that our day would go off without a hitch. When I showed her some of the bits I had gathered for DIY decor (hello broken easel....) she graciously offered her own from her collection like it was nothing.
Maybe the best part (maybe the decor was the best... so hard to decide) was at the 2-weeks-to-wedding mark, Jen took over all contact with the other vendors so we weren't being overrun with emails. What BLISS!!!!!!!!!
On the day, Jennifer was punctual, high energy, and present while not being hovering around us - the second I needed to find her (should we move up the timing of the toast? etc) she was there.
Anyway, thanks from the bottom of our hearts. We had the best wedding ever and Jennifer was a significant part of making that happen

We initially approached Tufts & Toile because they had the best, classiest, most beautiful furniture pieces (which we needed as decoration for our wedding venue) and decor. We also agreed on a month-of-coordinator package, although how I wish we had gone with the full package.

Jennifer is such a pro - you will not be disappointed. Always punctual, respectful, and professional, Jennifer works with you to achieve your vision for your wedding. She has a ton of experience, a great eye for detail, and a really good designer's eye. She makes recommendations (almost all of which we agreed to) but is never pushy or pressuring. She is the most organized person I've ever met, with backups for everything, and, if you're ready for it, will start planning well in advance to get ahead of all the chaos that happens on the month of. Jennifer is also one of those very appreciated voices of reason that will calm you down and stop you from freaking out about your upcoming wedding day. Why? Because she's got it all under control.

The execution on our wedding day went flawlessly, with Jennifer being on top of communication with all our vendors, and checking in occasionally to make sure my wife and I were doing well and getting what we wanted out of it. And we received so many compliments on the decor and furniture. Highly, highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.
