When I found Presents and Presence on WeddingWire, it was just serendipitous! Rebecca was extremely responsive and professional from the outset. My e-mail inquiries were answered immediately. My fiancé and I met her a few days after our initial e-mail exchange, and we knew immediately that we found one gem of a wedding co-ordinator. Rebecca is brilliant; she was able to pick up on our perspectives and our vision for our wedding, even when we ourselves did not know exactly what this vision was! Her ideas, advice, and insights were just spectacular. She made the planning process a breeze, and I loved every single moment of it! On the day of the wedding, Rebecca and her assistant Alyssa ensured that my fiancé and I did not worry about anything. She made me feel so pampered and safe! Their services were just exceptional, and our family and friends definitely took notice at their job well done. Rebecca takes incredible pride in her work, and I am privileged to have come across her profile on WeddingWire some few months ago. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing event planning or coordinating, Presents and Presence is simply the best! Thank you Rebecca!!!

I follow Rebecca on social media and saw one of she inspiration board posts on Instagram. I was in the middle of planning my son’s second birthday and saw she had posted a donut wall - which I thought would be the last and perfect little addition to my son’s cake/dessert table. I had immediately messaged her and asked her if she rented out that donut stand she had posted. She actually told me that it was just a photo she had posted but she could actually make one from scratch for me! As Rebecca was making it she asked me for my input every time (which btw was super thoughtful). Come the day - I actually got the donut stand delivered and was offered a set up also! The donut stand she made was an amazing little addition to my son’s 2nd birthday and was a total hit! I loved working with Rebecca and wouldn’t hesitate to contact her again for me next event!

Rebecca was hired to be our day of event planner only a few weeks before our Wedding. Although she came on board only a short time before our BIG day she got right in there. She made sure all the vendors were contacted and were informed of final details and times. She also came to one of my final dress appointments even though this was not part of her job description. She came to our venue and home beforehand to familiarize herself with the surroundings. Day of the Wedding Rebecca was on top of everything and everyone! When my husbands bowtie was damaged she even went out to get a new one. Whenever she was called upon she was right there! Thank you Rebecca for all your hard work and dedication. Your efforts helped ensure that our vision was executed!

Rebecca is honestly simply amazing. My business partner and I recently celebrated the One Year Anniversary of our company and it was a huge success thanks to her! From putting together concepts, to sourcing materials/supplies and executing day of, she always remained professional and beyond helpful.
