Most unprofessional staff. We signed a contract and they had double booked for the evening and the cancelled the contract creating a lot of inconvenience for us and do not compensate.

Please do not book at the venue as the signed contract has no guarantee that your event will take place.

From the planning process to onsite execution – we cannot thank Gary and his team enough. The food was PERFECT. The service was EXCEPTIONAL. The hall is BEAUTIFUL. Gary and his team made suggestions, paid attention to the small details and a couple of weeks after the wedding, we’re still hearing how pleased our guests were of the venue. Every detail discussed during our pre planning stage was followed through. More importantly, our family was completely stress free on the night of the reception because Gary had everything under control.

I came for a buddy's stag, the food was delicious, a little salty but other than that I can't complain. The staff were great but near the end the manager I believe his name was Joe, displayed un professional behaviour towards one of his staff. I am one that is not for public ridicule and if any problem arises should be dealt with in a profrssional manner. He did not protray that behaviour. Would not want him to manage my event. But the hall was great!

Words can't even begin to describe our gratitude to you and everyone at Embassy Grand. I want you to know that everyone had the most incredible time, we've heard nothing but amazing feedback about the food and more importantly the service. Rob and I are so happy we don't even know where to start!!! From my shower, his stag and finally the wedding, everything was first class all the way. We will only consider your hall for any future events we should have.

I just wanted to thank you and all the staff at Embassy Grand for the flawless job you did Saturday night. I have never had such great food from a hall before. All our guests commented all night on the quality of everything. Vincenzo checked up on us constantly to see if we needed anything. We would return any day for upcoming events and/or recommend you without a doubt. Embassy Grand offers quality standards that would be charged else where. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart. You were an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Hi Marianne, I'm not even out of the parking lot and I feel as if I have to write this right away. WOW!!!What an experience this evening was! From the service to the delicious food, I must tell you how honoured we are to be getting married at Embassy Grand. You have FAR exceeded our expectations and after our shower and stag, we didn't think it could get better! We had the pleasure of meeting Sepe and expressed our gratitude for his delicious meals. I also want to mention Brian, he is a pleasure and made our families feel right at home. I can only hope to have him at my wedding and hopefully at my head table. The desserts were out of this world and we greatly appreciate you allowing us to try them. I will email you shortly about our choices. Everything was DELICIOUS! From beginning to end, we cannot wait!!!!
