PLEASE DO NOT USE THE VENUE!!!!!!!!!Disgusted by the treatment we got by these people. We asked them return our deposit as we did not hold our event there. They could not hold it due to COVID restrictions and left us high and dry to figure out what to do. We tried contacting them on this, but insisted that we have to wait and are not sure what the restrictions will be but no contract was issued during our planning. Now they are demanding and threatening us pay them the remaining balance for not meeting our end of the contract. All because we ask them to return our deposit. Please do not use this venue for ANY EVENT!

Toronto Grand is the best place to have a wedding, extremely happy with the food, service & setup, modern venue, staff are always happy to help and accommodating to my & my family requests. Always willing to go above and beyond to make sure our quest were happy. Highly recommend this venue for any small or big event, they have a total of 4 rooms to chose from.

Great venue. Hosted my wedding here in the summer of 2019 and they were very accommodating and honest with every aspect of the wedding. They do not try to upsell you anything or any services and always give you the best advice. Highly recommend this place for all occasions.

Our event today (July 15, 2019) was an overwhelming success thanks to this wonderful facility. It was such a contrast to previous venues we have rented in the past locally. It was clean, the washrooms were spotless, the food was the of the highest caliber catering to all palates, including those with restrictive diets. We had our wedding here in November and it was amazing. Our family and friends still rave about how beautiful the wedding was, and the food and decor were amazing. Stevan was so helpful through the whole process, answering all of our questions, and helping us customize everything to make sure the wedding was very us! We could not be happier, and have Toronto Grand to thank for it! Recommend it for every wedding and event.
