I recently had my 50th birthday party at the Jewel Event Center. We were impressed with the food and the service. The Opal Room was perfect. It was such a pleasure to work with Lisa and the staff . I would highly recommend this venue .

If I could give 6 stars I would. Planning a wedding is hectic business- you don't really know how everything works, what the details are, what's needed, etc etc. We had an initial appointment with Lisa to discuss our options and she was phenomenal. She helped us with figuring out the menu and all the other details we had no idea about (what is a receiving table?). I left the appointment stress-free knowing I was in good hands. The pricing is transparent and fair. During the tasting we assumed that the portions would be small but no, it was a full course and the food was delicious! At the reception I kept getting compliments on the food and the venue. Grace was there to ensure our party went well and her customer care deserves a mention as well. She had everything running smoothly. The only thing I had to worry about that day is appearing at the wedding party because The Jewel took care of everything else. Thank you, thank you for making my day so perfect!

Just leftt the Ruby room tonight July 20th 2019 for a 50th wedding celebration, where we experienced fantastic food and tremendous service by two servers Sylvia and Zemora who exceeded our expectations for courtesy and friendliness. We were lucky enough to meet the owners who came in several times to make sure everything was great. I will recommend The Jewel Event Centre to my friends and family. Thank you for making the 50th Anniversary of my sister and brother-in law so terrific.

Beautiful venue, an abundance of great food and wonderful staff. We were so pleased at the attentiveness of one of the staff who my husband asked about a food allergy. She took the time to ask the kitchen staff about what he could and could not eat. It was a relief to us and not that many places take the time to find out and let you know. My husband ended up enjoying the food without any worry. So thank you! We had a great time!

I have used the Jewel for my events many times. I found the staff to be extremely helpful and courteous. The food was exceptional, both in presentation and taste, and the facility is beautiful. I would recommend this hall to anyone... In fact, I have been back there many times, as my guests have all decided to go to the Jewel as well. Victoria
