Do NOT book your event here. Firstly the owner is the rudest person I have ever come in contact with. He is abusive and swore at me and threatened me simply because I ask if his staff can sweep the floors. Secondly, I entered their kitchen and it’s absolutely disgusting. The chefs where handling the food with no masks, no hair nets and no gloves on a dirty cooking surface. Additionally, while setting up for the event I found multiple cockroaches, hair on dirty glassware and dried gum stuck on their wall. His venue does not follow proper covid protocol. None of his staff where wearing masks. He pretends to check for proof of covid vaccine but he still allows entry if you don’t have a vaccine. He also doesn’t answer phone calls and fails to show up when expected too.
If you want to have a good event, with no abuse, in a sanitary, reliable environment save your self the hassle and DO NOT book here.

THIS IS THE WORST HALL EVER!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS HALL FOR ANY EVENT!! The owner of this hall, Jack, is the most unorganized and most unprofessional human being I have ever worked with. We did our wedding at this hall and we completely regret it. They served our guests the wrong entree and meals. We tried to get a refund for the incorrect food options, and they denied us. Our guests were incredibly disappointed with our wedding and unfortunately so were we!!! IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR WEDDING/EVENT GO SOME PLACE ELSE!!

Couldn’t be more pleased with our experience at PineCrest. We just had our wedding there and it was a pleasure. Jack is honest, calm and very easy to work with. Everyone is very professional, the food was abundant and delicious (the antipasto bar is my favourite with its large variety and yummy food!) and the venue is beautiful with the chandeliers and a great reception area. I would recommend PineCrest Event Centre to anyone looking for a great customer service experience! Thank you everyone who worked so hard to help us have this wonderful experience at PineCrest!

Jack, the owner of PineCrest Event Centre, his wife and team were amazing to work with. The minute Bach and I came to look at the venue for our wedding because Bach’s best friend recommended it to us who also recommended him to this hall by another friend. We spoke with Jack, he was honest, welcoming, professional and fair. He was warm, friendly, easygoing and treated us like his friends throughout the whole process of planning our wedding and after the wedding. The hall is beautiful, spacious but yet warm and cozy too with any room that would suit your event. Our wedding was held in the biggest room at PineCrest and it was amazing. Jack was always available and willing to personally cater to our every need for our wedding and bringing my vision to life. It’s very rare you’ll find an owner of a banquet hall that would be willing to do that for you than Jack and his team. He’s a man of integrity, a man of his word and did everything he said he would for our wedding; it was perfect. He went above and beyond for our wedding day and help us deal with anything that came up on our wedding day even when it wasn’t his fault. We got so many compliments from our family and friends on a truly amazing and memorable experience at our wedding. They kept asking about the venue and the owner after our wedding. We are so happy that we chose Jack and PineCrest to host our wedding day and I wouldn’t recommend any other banquet hall if you want to throw the best event! We highly recommend Jack and PineCrest and have nothing but wonderful things to say! We’ve become friends with Jack and the PineCrest team. My dad loves talking to Jack, his wife and the PineCrest team and says so many good things about them. Our wedding was truly the best day of our lives so far and Bach and I would like to thank Jack and the entire PineCrest team from the bottom of our hearts for everything they did for our wedding day and after! We recommend Jack and PineCrest to all our family and friends for their events!

Ryan and I have nothing but great things to say about PineCrest Event Centre and the owner Jack. Jack was very professional and understanding with my vision of how I wanted my wedding to run. Ryan and I truly had an amazing wedding. Everything about the wedding was on point and exactly as discussed with Jack. The staffs did an excellent job serving our guest. Our families and friends were pleased with the venue, food and service. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to have the best event ever!
