Management and staff here are atrocious! They are kind to you before the final payment but once they receive the payment they show their true, unethical colours. Mark and Tracey displayed unprofessionalism. They cover up their poor customer service and justified their bartender assaulting my guests. How dare you! They refused to serve my guests extra servings (buffet style) and dismissed children who wanted food or a drink. The bartender and staff were rude and volatile. To add to more unpleasantries, Tracey took it upon herself to shut down the music at 12 even though our contract gave us until 1am. Servers started clearing away cups and water jugs around 11pm leaving those who were consuming alcohol dehydrated. Tracey had the audacity to state that she went around every table asking if guests were “happy with the food and service”. In her fantasy land, all my guests said, “everything was great”. Not one table recalls this fantasized moment. In fact, no server came to replenish their water. To top it off, they wanted guests to reuse their plates (with remains still on their plates) to “get more food”. It’s just a shame that Qssis is still open for business.

BIG thanks to Mark and his staff for making our daughter’s birthday a memorable one! Mark was very friendly and accommodating from the beginning till the day of our event and everyone was very helpful! The place was so beautiful, service was superb and everyone feels great! We would definitely recommend Qssis to our friends.

I just wanted to drop an email to thank you so much for the amazing evening we had at our engagement party, Sunday November 10. Your staff was absolutely amazing and everything was carried out as planned. I appreciate your attentiveness, we thought that the decor was awesome. Everyone enjoyed themselves and the apple blossoms were to die for, no one had ever had that dessert and it was an absolute hit! Once again, Thank You.
