We had our community Christmas party here yesterday and as I entered the hall, I saw a big mess of the two events mixed without partition between the halls. And the guests were confused and moving from one event to the other, not knowing where to go. Finally, they put the partition between two halls. There was no heating and it was freezing cold inside. When we approached the manager he said that the heating is not working and he cannot do anything. He was very unfriendly. The server at the bar was very rude and all she cared about was the tips. Not again! Folks, there are better places!

Absolutely disgusting how rude the staff at this location was. Despite having used this hall for YEARS, we were treated like loiterers, rather than their guests. The manager would turn off heating and lighting while we were there, lock us out of the back rooms (which we PAID for), interrupt our events, and yell at us. Disgusting how he treated his customers. Glad to be done with place.

this banquet was said to be good but we didn't see any good service with the waitress. there was no one to help out in the hall when we needed them. food was rushed. things were not put out on tables we had to remind them of things. I had to rush with setting up things not very helpful.

We recently celebrated my husband's milestone birthday on July 16, 2016 on the 2nd floor. It was a pleasure dealing with Raj as he accommodated all our requests. Charlene was very dependable & efficient with following the instructions. The food, especially the Mughalai Chicken and the Okra was delicious; our guests raved about it. The servers were friendly and their service was great. It would have been ideal if they had an elevator for disabled guests as well as expediting the replenishments. Thanks again to Payal for making the experience so pleasurable. I will definitely recommend and will come back for future events.

I have been using Payal Banquet Hall for the last 12 years for both family functions as well as using the facilities for our school Proms/ semi formal. Service, food and decor are always excellent and up to par! The menu is exceptional, catering to a variety of different ethnicity. Raj and Charlene have always been very accommodating to our needs and are always willing to go beyond expectations. They always treat me like family and have always made all of my events a success. In my opinion, I don't think there is a better banquet facility than Payal to meet all of your needs.
