I first came across Ng Studio after extensive research on Google. I requested a quote a full year and 4 months prior to our wedding, and Ray immediately responded. He answered all of my questions and after reviewing his work, we booked him. Throughout the year + he was always attentive and followed up with me for meetings to discuss our vision. After explaining our vision, he came up with the best location. The week of our wedding we met with Ray and his team to discuss our agenda for the wedding day. They are all extremely detailed oriented and professional. It was a total match with my A-Type personality. They all arrived on time and captured memories I don't even remember. Out of all of our vendors and expenses for the wedding, our best investment by far was booking Ray. Well worth the expense. We received our video and photographs right on time in accordance with our contract, 10 weeks. You hear horror stories of couples waiting 6+ month to 2 years which is insane. This week we viewed our highlight video at his studio and some of the hundreds of pictures and I cried! I cried because the day was a blur and I got to relive my wedding day. I get to share these memories with my future children and because of that, this investment in priceless. To the entire Ng Studio staff, thank you for your extreme professionalism and capturing memories that will live a lifetime. The quality of your work is stellar. I would pay for it all over again!

Note: our three hour video was corrupted on their custom USB stick and would freeze frame at the two hour mark. I emailed Ray the same night we received the highlight video and pictures (Monday night) to let him know. He replied back Tuesday afternoon to set up a date and time to meet at his studio. He wasn't available until Thursday. We met although he was 30min late (he apologized profusely), but I had an hour to spare so no big deal. He provided the video on another USB (regular one anyone can buy, not their custom one) and it worked perfectly. The quality looks beyond HD. It's my own personal movie and I remain speechless.

NG Studio is undoubtedly the best in the wedding photo and video scene. They made us very comfortable to pose in front of the camera on the day and the quality of their photos and video is just awesome. We were so happy that we choose NG Studio for our photo and video after checking at least 10 other vendors. Their price is also very reasonable compare to other studios. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an amazing team to work with.

We hired NG Studio's team for our wedding this March, they are a truly inspiring team, making me and my wife very comfortable doing all the creative poses and we had a lot of fun with them. Our bridal party likes the team as well, they also did an amazing job capturing lots of photos of our parents. Strongly recommending .
