They Didn't Even Show Up! Disappointing Service from Hotshotz Photobooth

I booked Hotshotz Photobooth for our Wedding, expecting a seamless and professional service. However, they managed to turn what should have been an eventful experience into a complete disaster.

Firstly, despite confirming the booking well in advance, Hotshotz Photobooth failed to show up period. This left us scrambling at the time we realized they were supposed to show up, and guests were confused. The lack of communication from their end was appalling — no calls, no updates, just utter silence. When we finally heard from them, we were told they would look into a solution and follow up with us – you guessed it, they never did… complete silence.

To make matters worse, when we tried to reach out to them for an explanation, we got a cookie cutter response as if it was not a big deal. Their customer service was non-existent that night to solve the issue. It seems once they had our money, we were no longer their concern, they didn’t care to make it right.

I would strongly advise against using Hotshotz Photobooth for any event. While I typically appreciate smaller companies, they don’t have any backup plans or leverage when they mess up. The lack of accountability have left a bitter taste in our mouths. Save yourself the headache and disappointment — look elsewhere for a company that values its customers and actually shows up when they say they will.
