Where do I even begin.. My husband and I booked with the Hazelton prior to COVID and were in love with the venue right away! But it wasn't until we met one of the managers Ken, were we really blown away. His personable, funny and professional attitude was what ultimately made us want to book the Hazelton. Throughout our whole experience Ken and the Hazelton Manor team were nothing short of exceptional. Whether it was their quick responses to emails, their flexibility for meetings and tastings or just overall positive reassurance, our wedding planning experience was truly amazing thanks to them.
The day of the wedding could not have gone any better than what we experienced. Ken was available for us and checked in with us periodically to ensure everything was to our liking (which it always was). The food was amazing, the atmosphere was so welcoming, all of our guests (and us of course) had such a memorable time.
I would definitely (and already have) recommend the Hazelton to future couples planning their wedding. You truly will not be disappointed.

From beginning to end, this experience with Hazelton Manor was impeccable. George listened to our needs and tended to them, which included adding seven pescatarian meals, last minute. At our meal-tasting, we sat and chatted for an hour after it was finished, and really felt comfortable and at-home. On our special day, George personally checked-in with us and ensured that everything was to our satisfaction, and congratulated us, which we really appreciated. The midnight sweet and savoury table was an absolute hit and was one of the most talked about aspects of our wedding. The three-course meal was fantastic, and delivered in a timely-manner and the bar was well-stocked and to everyone's satisfaction! We would highly recommend George and his team to work with for your special day. Their willingness to help as well as their professionalism was bar-none!!

We got affected by this year's Covid19 pandemic and had to unfortunately cancel our wedding and also change venues for reasons that was no parties fault. Available dates were just not aligning with us. We had reached out to Ken and the Hazelton team as a possible venue. He was fast, reponsive, informative but most importantly - he was kind. I am sure many fellow brides can attest to being felt penalized by vendors for making tough decisions. Ken was absolutely fabulous and worked with us to make possible arrangements. Although we didn't sign with Ken + Hazelton, it was very hard comparing with them. We decided for something smaller and closer to home - due to circumstances. I have been recommending him and his team to all my fellow brides facing some hard decisions.

My husband and I began our wedding planning journey early in 2019. We were married this month (March 2020). During our venue search, we visited a total of 5 venues in Vaughan. The Hazelton Manor came out on top in every single category that we were comparing. The very first thing that my husband and I noticed about the Hazelton Manor was the genuine good vibe that we got from Ken the minute we walked through the door. At other venues, we felt like we were just another number to each person that we spoke to and that it didn’t matter to them what our day looked like as long as they had our money. This was not the case at all with Ken. He was our dedicated point of contact throughout every single step of the planning process and we never had to be passed off to other people. Ken made us feel like family and he made us feel important. From the very start, he made us feel like we could ask him anything. Every single time I e-mailed or called him, he would respond within a couple of hours. We are one of the couples who has been super fortunate to have been able to sneak our wedding in just before the state of emergency was declared due to covid-19. However, we still faced challenges with regards to very last minute cancellations. Ken was beyond understanding of this fact and reassured us that everything would work out - and it did! Ken accommodated us with regards to final numbers and definitely relieved a lot of stress. The quality of the food was of the utmost importance to us and our guests have not stopped complimenting us about it! Thank you to Anna and the hospitality staff who ensured that dinner service ran efficiently and seamlessly! Everything from the antipasto, to the filet mignon and lobster tail, to the late night savoury and sweet stations was AMAZING! The existing decor at the Hazelton Manor blended seamlessly with the additional floral and decor that we chose to add. All of our guests noticed and complimented how well the Hazelton Manor responded to the concerns surrounding covid-19 by having hand sanitizer all around the venue, a list of screening symptoms at each entrance, and staff cleaning surfaces and door handles at what seemed like 10 minute intervals. Wedding planning is extremely stressful but having a venue with an honest team behind it gets rid of so much of that stress. Our only regrets are that we had so much fun at our wedding that we forgot to take a picture with Ken and that it’s all over. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our dream wedding more than we could have ever hoped for.

George and the staff at Hazelton manor were amazingly professional, there were kind and helpful through out the whole process. As a bride they put me at ease know my wedding was in good hands. Everyone enjoyed the food and and the atmosphere, we had no complaints from any guests. I would 100% recommend Hazelton manor to anyone and would defiantly hold another event there.

Next to marrying my amazing hubby - Hazelton manor was the next best thing that happened on our wedding day!!! Ken made the WHOLE wedding process absolutely seamless. From the get go, Hazelton manor gave us the best feels - and they up-lived to our expectations and MORE. It was actually the first venue we checked out and the last that we went to. Ken was professional, fun, resourceful and a smiling face on the day of the wedding and throughout the planning stages. The food was exceptional (which even the nonnas and nonnos said - which we all know means that much more), the venue was stunning and very accommodating and the staff were amazing. Thank you so much Hazeton Manor!!!!

Hazelton Manor is a fantastic, high class, all in one venue. I had the pleasure of photographing Anna and Michael's wedding here and they did everything from the ketubah signing to the ceremony to the reception here. I love the black and white checkered floor where they did the ceremony and the lighting in that room is also fantastic. There was lots of space to set up my studio lights in the reception room and I got some of my favourite candid photos of all time in there. The service was fantastic and this venue can easily accommodate a large number of guests. The appetizer spread and food were delicious too.
