My husband, Darryl, and I were married earlier this year in May and held our reception dinner and celebration at St. George's Golf and Country Club. We had an extended engagement which allowed for plenty of time to research and compare our options. I have to say that I am so glad we found St. George's!! It was exactly what we were looking for in terms of size, atmosphere, and overall excellence. From the first visit, through the many subsequent visits (there were many!), up to the event day, St. George's always made us feel welcome, made time to see us, never rushed us, delivered amazing service, and really prioritized our day. I found the team to be extremely friendly, courteous and accommodating, and could not have asked for more from a venue. We loved every second of our wedding, including the planning process, and I whole-heartedly believe that it comes down to the vendors you choose. Even our guests complimented the venue, service and food! I would recommend St. George's to anyone and everyone in a heartbeat. Alyssa and her team were absolutely amazing!!

Just this Sunday, I had the pleasure of having my bridal shower at St. George's Golf and Country Club. I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for all of the managers, supervisors and staff who made my special day run so smoothly. I just have to say that prior to booking with St. George's, I was concerned that we might not receive the same excellent service that one of your members would receive. Boy, was I ever wrong. You all made us feel like one of your own. Even today when we picked up our remaining items from your location, I was astonished at how many people offered to carry the items to our car. Such pleasant and friendly staff! As for the event, not only was the room set up exactly as I had requested, the food was absolutely exceptional! Job well done to all the cooks and serving staff who had a hand in the food preparation and set-up. Overall, the staff at St. George's were incredibly personable and willing to go above and beyond to help me, my mom, and mother-in-law when planning our event and during. I am forever grateful to you all and I will most definitely refer your services to anyone looking for an amazing venue with amazing staff. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I am more than happy to help you decide on St. George's....and by decide on St. George's, I mean choose St. George's :) I am being completely honest when I say that their service, organization, food, decor and pretty much everything else far exceeded our expectations. We could not have been happier with it! The dance floor was on the bottom level near the windows. This was such a fantastic space for dancing! With it being dark outside and dimly lit in, it just glowed. Plus, they placed a movable bar right on the dance floor so no one had to leave it. It was packed the whole night! We actually had many of our guests comment on the unique shape, and of how intimate and cozy it felt. Cocktails were in the rotunda area...also very charming. The food was absolutely incredible. Friends of ours are actually still talking about it. The service was extremely prompt and no one ever went without a drink or whatever else they needed. I also cannot say enough wonderful things about the wedding coordinator at the Club. She is a bride's dream! She was exceptionally organized and ensured that the day went very smoothly. She took care of everything on the day of, so that my husband and I didn't have to think about a thing. She even dabbed club soda on my mom's dress for a stain! She's sweet, honest and she knows weddings! If something wasn't going to work well, she told us, and was completely right every time. She will ensure that your wedding day is perfect. In fact, now that our wedding is over, I miss being in contact with her! Overall, the venue was perfect for a wedding of our size (143) and the look and feel we were going for. It's just so charming and perfect for photos.

This is perhaps the most beautiful venue in Toronto for any upscale event. I performed there twice in 2013. Once outside on the rooftop patio, and the other occasion was inside for the British Pub night. The building itself is breathtaking, and the food and service is exceptional. All the guests had a wonderful time and enjoyed the music and the food. Great management and professional, courteous staff.
