Angela planned our wedding in October 2024 at Hotel X. We can’t say enough wonderful things about Angela and the incredible experience we had working with her. From the very first meeting, she made us feel at ease, listening carefully to our vision and understanding all the little details that mattered to us. Angela had a level of organization through the whole process that was beyond impressive. 

She handled every aspect of our wedding with such grace, taking away all the stress and leaving us free to enjoy every moment. When unexpected challenges popped up, Angela was quick to handle them, keeping everything on track and ensuring that everything ran smoothly on our big day. It was clear from the beginning that she truly cared about making our wedding everything we dreamed of.

We are so grateful for all she did to make our day truly perfect, and we couldn’t recommend her more highly!

Angela Zaltsman was an absolute pleasure to work with, from our very first phone meeting with the bride, MOB and MOG.
She has outstanding organizational skills, a very calm and steady demeanor and she was responsive to every request, both small and large, in a very timely manner.
We enjoyed the creative process of choosing a venue, caterer, florist and decor - Angela is well connected to the city's vendors.
The "day-of" couldn't have gone better, with any issues encountered completely handled without a ripple of us knowing.
Her "dream team" of Frances and Wynn couldn't have been lovelier, or more efficient, and glided through the wedding night guiding and smoothing, adding and changing, ensuring that each and every guest had the best possible time, with every small request addressed.

The wedding was without a doubt the best night of our lives, and it’s largely thanks to Frances from A to Z. She absolutely knocked it out of the park!! I’ll summarize some of our thoughts here...

Firstly, and perhaps most importantly, we both have a huge amount of trust in Frances. From the beginning, we felt she was honest with us and had our best interests at heart. She let us bring in some of our own Vendors and encouraged us to save money where we she felt we could. I know several people whose wedding planners refused to work with anyone outside of their “preferred” vendor list, so this really created a lot of trust for us because we felt that Frances really wanted us to get our dream wedding within our budget. We also trust Frances’ taste and judgement. We took all her advice and couldn’t be happier that we did. One small example is the vinyl dance floor she recommended we do – it really made the room pop and delineated the dance floor from the sitting areas.

Another thing worth mentioning is Frances’ overall management and coordination. At no point during the planning process did we feel stressed or anxious about the wedding – even though all our friends and family members warned us of the stresses of planning a wedding. And keep in mind that we had a pretty significant venue change less than 6 weeks before the wedding. Frances was always on top of things, let us know what she needed from us and when with tons of notice. We kept waiting for the stress to come but it never did! A great example of this is about 2 weeks before the wedding after her trial, my wife changed her mind about her chosen makeup artist. This caused a lot of distress for her, but within 5 minutes of talking to Frances, she provided complete reassurance and within 12 hours, we had a new makeup trial booked for 2 days later. Not only that, but Frances literally stopped by during the trial to make sure she was happy with things. On the day-of, everything went exactly as planned. Frances was completely on top of everything, it was extremely impressive.

Literally every person who spoke to us at the wedding said it was the most beautiful wedding they’d been to. This is in large part thanks to Frances who guided us in all our decisions, and orchestrated everything perfectly.

And finally, we just love Frances as a person. She is hilarious, open and has endless energy. We fully consider her a friend at this point and will without a doubt be recommending A to Z to anyone who asks for a referral.
