We recently had a company event in the Woodbine Club Suite at Woodbine Racetrack. There were 16 of us and it was a beautiful venue to mingle, enjoy delicious food, bet and watch the races. From the suite there was access to the bleachers, which made for a fun experience to stand outside and hear the crowd cheer as the horses raced by. Woodbine is such a fun atmosphere and all of our team had an excellent time. The food was also delicious. We pre-selected our menu options and they did not disappoint! There was so much to choose from. Everything was hot when it arrived and the ingredients were all so fresh. The portions were perfect to, everyone left very satisfied! We would highly recommend hosting a team company event at Woodbine and hope to go back soon.

We had a company event with around 120 employees attending, and we thought the night went really, really well. The food was outstanding, the service was always there for you and extremely friendly, and the entertainment of the horse races was just a lot of fun for the whole group. Our event was at the track side bar, and it worked out perfectly for that number of people. We will look forward to returning for future events. Thanks!

We had our wedding here at Woodbine in the trackside tent on October 8th and could not have been happier with the venue. They were extremely accommodating with everything we wanted to do, from the off the menu food we wanted to providing us with a projector to show a video. Their event manager Marley was so helpful, it was almost like having a wedding planner. I would recommend Woodbine for any large occasion as we are still getting compliments from our guests

Held our local usergroup in the Post Parade room at Woodbine. We almost doubled our expected attendance (65 to 125) and the staff on site was more than accommodating, professional and courteous. They gracefully handled the added pressure for additional food and beverage while still making our group feel welcomed. All in all, it was a huge success and I am very glad that we held our event at Woodbine. Thanks to all who were involved.

It was a fantastic group event! the group loved and were thoroughly impressed! Our designated customer care person was incredibly Helpful. Buffet was delicious! Organizing a fun event for a work team of 12 individuals was very nerve wracking, Woodbine Entertainment was absolutely incredible and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable from start to finish. They were very accommodating and helped ensure the whole group had fun. I would definitely go back!
