Beautiful, open-format basement art gallery space in the Toronto's upscale Yorkville District, steps from the bustling Bloor-Yonge intersection.
The gallery is great for a retail pop-up, cocktail party/wine & cheese (SOP permit needed), product launch, or special event. The space holds 150 people standing, and 75 seated. This is not a club venue and public parties are not accepted.
Walls feature large-format pieces from internationally-renowned artist Peter Tunney. NOTE: art can not be removed for any event.
Space features an antique steel vault door painted an eye-catching red, and an exposed matte black ceiling grid for a chic, industrial feel.
Per hour and per day rates may be higher, depending on the date and time you require.
Rental fee only includes usage of the space. Furniture, speakers/DJ equipment, projectors & screens, etc. must be rented from a third-party directly by the event organizer.
Upstairs meditation studio facility (2568 sq. ft.) is also available for usage for an additional rental fee.
