I would strongly NOT recommend this company from both quality and customer service perspectives.

We ordered custom bridesmaid dresses and overall were NOT satisfied with the result. I drove for two fittings (8 hours total) and ended up with a dress that I could not wear as-is. The dresses are made in India and shipped to Canada, with the store being out of a home and payment being upfront via e-transfer with no receipt provided and no noted sales tax. It all felt very “under the table.”

Two of the bridesmaids had dresses arrive where both the top and skirts were multiple INCHES too large despite being measured by the company! After requesting the dresses be altered to fit correctly and going for additional measurements, we both were provided with dresses that were much too tight and uncomfortable. My dress required me to hire an additional seamstress last minute to creatively fix the disaster so that it would at least do up. The necklines, top length and cut, slits, etc. were not consistent between the dresses and the quality was not as expected. We were offered a design for the top that did not end up matching what we were provided – the top was far less detailed. The tops lacked support even after we were assured multiple times that the built in bras would work/fit well. At the end of the day, I didn’t feel comfortable in what I had to wear and it created a lot of unnecessary stress. The dress didn’t fit me well and it felt like the company didn’t even care.

In addition, the customer service was extremely disappointing. She was unprofessional in her communications and behavior. For example, I felt that she was inconsiderate of my time with the poor fit, booking simultaneous appointments, and lack of punctuality. I have requested reimbursement for the additional alterations costs that were required because a custom dress should fit you perfectly, but the company is refusing to pay.

These dresses created so much stress for the bridesmaids and bride, and I would never wish that on anyone. Save yourself the frustration and hire someone else.
