Three years ago, Royal Ashburn made our dream wedding a reality. Not only is the venue itself absolutely gorgeous, but the staff provide nearly everything you could need to make your day perfect! The catering, the food, the servers, and the services were all incredibly wonderful! It has been three years since my husband and I got married and we still have people telling us how delicious the food at our wedding was and how wonderful the entire venue fit our theme of a winter wedding.

One of my favourite thing that Royal Ashburn provided was a planner and day-of coordinator. We were put in touch with Natalie and she was a blessing to work with! She was extremely helpful, super kind, very attentive, and ensured our entire day was well looked after. Natalie made sure that our vision was perfectly executed and had our schedule running smoothly. With Natalie's support, we were able to plan our wedding with ease!

My absolutely biggest thanks and recommendations go to Royal Ashburn and the team that works there!

My husband and I just got married 2 summer's ago at Royal Ashburn. We had the best time! The venue was so well prepared, the rooms were great, the food was the best especially because my husband and I are very picky eaters. Very accommodating and very reasonably priced. Thank you so much to all the staff and especially Natalie!! Would definitely recommend!! Natalie really made me feel like such a princess, she had everything under control!! Thank you again!!

The Royal Ashburn Golf Club is an amazing and beautiful wedding venue. I couldn’t have asked for a better venue. First of all, I would like to mention how amazing our wedding coordinator Rikki was. She was kind, patient, courteous, professional, and always made sure everything was taken care of before and on our wedding day. She answered all of my emails very promptly and professionally. She helped me through the entire process and explained everything thoroughly. On our wedding day, she made sure everything ran smoothly, she took care of everything from the food to last minute guest changes, and even came to check if there was anything else that I needed before she left for the night. She was nothing short of spectacular. Secondly, the venue is stunning. If you’re looking for a beautiful all in one wedding venue, look no further. The grounds are beautiful for photos, regardless of the season. The food and service was perfect. We got so many compliments on the food. The late night pizza station was also a hit with our guests! The bartenders were funny and courteous. Absolutely amazing staff! I would highly recommend The Royal Ashburn to anyone looking for an all in one wedding venue. From the decor to the food, no detail is overlooked. I’m so happy we decided on this venue for our wedding. It was perfect. Thank you again to everyone at The Royal Ashburn Golf Club for making our wedding day perfect! :)

We held our wedding at the Royal Ashburn in September 2019 and have nothing but great things to say about our special day. From the first time we looked at the venue to our final minutes on our wedding night, everything was seamless. Our coordinator Natalie was fantastic. Quick to respond, always available and so lovely to work with. She went above and beyond for us and our guests and I could not be happier with the attention to detail from all fronts. Not to mention the grounds were absolutely stunning in September. Would highly recommend this venue and Natalie for all your wedding needs!

I don't have enough amazing things to say about the Royal Ashburn. First off, unlike every other vendor we visited - we were given a wedding coordinator right off the bat. Not a day of person, or even month of, we were assigned someone the second we signed the contract and let me tell you - she was an angel. Natalie was our coordinator and she was so lovely, kind, personable, quick to respond, organized, on the ball incredible I wish I could bring her home with me. Her, and the staff at the Royal Ashburn made our experience flawless. We had her from day one and it was honestly a game changer. The venue was BEYOND gorgeous, but more than that they were extremely flexible and accommodating. We got to pick our ceremony time - which seems like a funny thing to say right? SO many venues had everything laid out, and zero flexibility but the Royal Ashburn let us take the reigns and we are so beyond appreciative of that. It allowed us to design our day to our liking and not someone else's. Not only that, but they went above and beyond during planning - even opening up the restaurant (which is closed in the winter) for our rehearsal dinner. Month of - Natalie was my saving grace. I could text/email her any questions I had and she made sure I felt confident and secure with everything. Let me tell you - the month before a wedding is chaos and I felt calm and collected with Natalie to help. She was so good at reminding me of upcoming dates, communicating with my vendors if they had questions - getting everything in order etc. Day of was flawless. Natalie was right there helping me out of the limo, that the vendors were good, putting out fires and making sure I was none the wiser to anything going on behind the scenes. It helped immensely that she was with me from day one because there was a rapport and friendship there that was built over the year of planning and having someone that you trust on that day is huge. The staff (other than super Natalie) was beyond incredible. Our food was amazing and the staff were extremely kind and very attentive. We called them wine ninjas because you'd turn your head for a second and when you turned back your glass had been refilled. We had one sober groomsman and i watched Natalie and the staff refill his drink (sparkling juice) as much as ours. They never singled him out, just treated him like everyone else. We actually had a few guests who weren't drinking tell us that the staff even refilled their pop's for them - just like they would wine. I could go on and on about how amazing they are, but my Husband and I are so glad we chose them for our Ceremony and reception and would choose them again in a heartbeat. Thank you Royal Ashburn - you made our wedding experience perfect.

We held our wedding here in Feb 2019. We checked out many different places but royal Ashburn was our favourite. Having our wedding in the winter was perfect as we had many different dates to pick from. Natalie was our coordinator and let me tell you she was amazing. She listen to our wants and needs and made everything come true. She took the stress off us the day of our wedding and she made sure everything ran smoothly. We got married in the sunroom upstairs and had the reception upstairs too. One of my favorite part of our wedding journey was the food. Absolutely amazing from the dinner / wine tasting to the meal of the day off. Royal Ashburn will forever hold a special place in my heart. And I hope to attend more celebrations there.
