Communication with Livi is unbearable. Once she gets your money goodluck getting a hold of her. She breached the contract she made us sign, by delivering the photos late (waited 4.5 months to receive photos but in contract said she would deliver maximum 4 months from date of wedding). She ignored all forms of communication when we asked for an update on photos at 3.5 months out from wedding (we tried email, phone calls, and instagram messages). Her response was that she didn't see the emails.... didn't explain for the other methods of communication. She used the "I didn't get your email" once before in the past when we were frustrated chasing her down for a response before the wedding. We tried to book engagement photos with her but I was receiving responses every 2+ weeks in between emails so that was too difficult. I would stay away from hiring her. Very stressful and disrespectful experience.
