Erin and Alexander met in 2011 and they have been inseparable ever since! The two celebrated a romantic Christmas engagement, and soon after started to make arrangements for their big day. Lo and behold, once the planning began, they found out they were expecting so they decided to move their wedding date up. Wanting a romantic wedding with a rustic elegance, the couple chose the Distillery District’s Archeo as their venue. Contrasting with the venue’s exposed walls and pine ceilings, their sweet colour palette featured white and soft pinks. Samantha Ong Photography was on scene to capture the lovely couple’s special day.
Erin and Alex had a lovely photo session framed by grandiose columns and arches. Outside, they joined their wedding party for some shots in the ever-popular Distillery District. The bridesmaids wore dressed in shades of pink while the groomsmen wore navy.
Garry Francis Officiating Service performed the intimate ceremony under a wedding arch delicately decorated with roses.
As an artist and designer who works in the film industry, Alex used his creative talents in making all the wooden signage for the wedding. Sweet florals and white linens added a romantic touch to the industrial light bulbs, brick walls, wooden beams and beer barrels in the space. Coquette Studio Floral Design prepared the fresh flower garlands for center of the tables. Guests enjoyed a tasty five-course dinner followed by a delectable cake and cupcakes made by For The Love of Cake. Everyone was happy that Mr. and Mrs. Robertson were officially joined as one! Congrats to the happy couple!
