The property is a magnificent complex that overlooks Lake Ontario surrounded by 88 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens (Guild Park & Gardens). This spectacular multi-venue complex features several dynamic function spaces which can be used individually or combined. Your guests will be mesmerized by the extraordinary views which can be admired through a floor to ceiling glass wall which overlooks the Guild Park gardens. The Guild Inn Estate features outdoor terraces, state of the art audio/visual technology and a gazebo perfect for hosting picturesque ceremonies. We went with the Guild Inn Estate to host our September wedding and we could not have been happier with our choice. From everyone we dealt with from Rebecca at the beginning to being assigned Priyanka as our coordinator and Judy as our banquet Manager we were in the best hands from start to finish. Our guests could not stop complimenting the venue, the food and atmosphere. The phrase that was on everyone's lips the entire night was that the day felt like a Hollywood wedding. We had the ceremony and reception in the Bickford House and it could have not been more perfect for our guest list size of 50 people. It felt intimate without feeling crowded.

The day before the big day we had worries about weather. Priyanka and her team were responsive and understanding down to the final moment with plans A through to Z to make sure our day ran perfectly regardless of how the weather played out. Thank you Priyanka. You were wonderful.

Thank you so much to everyone at the Guild Inn Estate for making my wife and I's special day beyond imaginable.

I cannot recommend The Guild Inn, particularly the Bickford House and Terrace enough for a small and intimate wedding. We had a small 50 person ceremony and reception here. The food was absolutely incredible—our guests couldn’t stop raving about it and the generous portion sizes. The event space was breathtaking, especially the tented terrace and outdoor area (Guild Inn Park), which provided a gorgeous backdrop for photos and a great place for guests to stroll during cocktail hour and throughout the evening.

On top of that, the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly and we felt completely at ease throughout the day. For planning the event, Priyanka our event coordinator was very responsive and helpful to answer all our queries. Thank you Guild Inn Estate for making our wedding truly unforgettable!
