Fun fact: Once upon a time, this Balzac’s location was home to the Canada Foundry where steel and cast iron goods were manufactured, and then sold to Canadian General Electric. Today, it’s known as Balzac's Café - Powerhouse, an intimate cafe and event venue that celebrates the golden era of electrical technology and art-deco design. Their signature vintage style may just be the perfect backdrop for a celebration with your nearest and dearest, comfortably seating a maximum of 50 guests. Note: the venue operates as a cafe daily and is only able to accommodate events during the evening.

Nestled in the heart of the Distillery District is the neo-Parisian bistro, Cluny Bistro While it’s private dining room can accommodate groups as large as 80, did you know that it also has the ability to separate? Built in 1843 and located in Toronto’s studio district, District 28 is a little hidden gem in the east end of the city! Boasting soaring white walls and amble space, we love that this venue’s blank canvas gives you the creative freedom for any style/theme you want! The design world is your oyster!

Located at King and Spadina, this chic, urban, turnkey venue is super modern and trendy boasting exposed brick, romantic lighting and a sleek built-in bar.

Visually stunning – and super cozy – featuring industrial-chic decor and exposed brick walls, Arta Gallery is a unique commercial arts space, perfect for an intimate wedding! Not only are they up-to-date with their sound and lighting system, you and your guests will get to enjoy added sophistication by the beautiful Contemporary Canadian and International art curated on the gallery walls.

The 175-year-old Storys Building is a charming, modern designed venue in downtown Toronto that also maintains the integrity of its original heritage. It may be equipped to host a larger crowd, but the team will happily accommodate your intimate wedding in their ultra-romantic space as well!

Of The Broadview Hotel‘s five distinct venue spaces, The Tower is the perfect space for an intimate wedding, with room for up to 20 guests for seated dinners or cocktail receptions.
