Our country club estate offers intimate indoor and outdoor settings, for fifty to three hundred guests, with sweeping vistas overlooking floral and wooded backdrops.

Danielle and the Team at RHCC made our Corporate event absolutely incredible. We were able to utilize the ample outdoor space for team building activities and Danielle even chauffeured some people herself up and down the hill. The attention to detail, food and atmosphere were all top notch and our team enjoyed it so much they've already started rebooking for next year! Big thanks to the team at RHCC !!!

From the moment we began planning our wedding at Richmond Hill Country Club, the entire experience was exceptional. Hosting our celebration with 200 guests at this beautiful country club turned out to be one of the best decisions we made.

Tracy (the director of catering and events) was outstanding—professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful. She managed every detail with ease, allowing us to enjoy our special day without a hitch. Her expertise and friendly demeanor ensured everything went smoothly, from the initial planning stages to the last dance.

The ceremony itself was perfect. The reception was even better. The picturesque setting provided a stunning backdrop, and the ambiance was exactly what we had envisioned. It truly felt like a dream come true, with the natural beauty of the country club enhancing every moment.

The food was another highlight. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the delicious dishes, which were both elegantly presented and wonderfully flavorful. The catering team really outdid themselves, making sure every palate was delighted.

Overall, the entire experience was fantastic. The combination of a gorgeous setting, exceptional service, and top-notch cuisine made our wedding day unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue to celebrate our special occasion. My husband and I celebrated our 40th Wedding Anniversary at RHCC last week. This was the second event in the last 2 years that we have held at the Club. Once again, everything was spectacular and worry-free. The Director of Banquet Services, Tracy, and her team are outstanding people to work with. What speaks volumes is that on the night of the event, we recognized a large portion of the staff from our last event! Tracy offers great suggestions and is so accommodating with all details. The food and service was a hit. Many of our guests gave such positive comments about the food and staff. I would certainly recommend the RHCC to anyone looking for a venue for an event. The location also can not be beat! Once again, thanks a million Tracy! A pleasure as always!

From the first interaction with Lisa, Tracy and the team at the RHCC to the last, I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness. I can’t say enough about how amazing of a venue this place is. Their down-to-earth approach is refreshing and their service is extraordinary.
I had my bridal shower this past April and I couldn’t have been happier with how it turned out. The food was served hot and tasty, the room was bright and beautiful and the service, yet again, was fabulous. Lisa, Tracy, Jose and their team are very accommodating, so quick with their correspondences, and just wonderful to work with. I can’t recommend them enough. You will not regret holding any event at this venue. Thank you Lisa!
