The Mississauga Convention Centre once again opened their doors to hundreds of newly engaged couples over the weekend for their winter 2020 wedding fair open house to imagine their wedding day within the walls of the venue’s six luxurious ballrooms.
With limousines parked out front and champagne flutes and hors d’oeuvres readily on hand, attendees were invited to feel like guests at their own wedding. Digital Dream Productions captures all of the day’s festivities. Let the adventure begin!
Axe Media Group provided the premium vinyl dance floor.
Styling these tall 18′ walls is no easy task, the rooms were decorated from top to bottom by in-house decor specialists, Elegante Decor. They chose an elegant white and green style with fresh floral accents to give the main dining room a decidedly springtime flare.
The cocktail room was alternately accented with bold chivari chairs and chic lounge furniture supplied by Gatsby Event Rental. Daring? Yes indeed.
A Celebrity Limousine invited guests to check out a couple of the vehicles in their fleet.
Let’s talk about the food! We were treated to a zesty combination of Vegan-Beet Sliders with polenta fries, jerk chicken with plantain caraway coleslaw and a finish of delicious mixed berry bread pudding.
A second round of sparkling wine to compliment the irresistible tiramisu was also appreciated.
The evening format switched to a group tasting event for the MCC‘s 2020 couples that simulated what their wedding would look, sound and, perhaps most importantly, taste like!
Those in attendance were treated to the supreme skills of feature performer dazzling the crowd with his fun and lively renditions of popular songs on violin. Always a pleasure to see him in action!
