Clean, crisp, and elegant. If you want a taste of a traditional wedding that looks like something straight out of a storybook — but yet somehow manages to look beautifully modern too — then look no further than Megan and Santiago’s stunning wedding at the Royal Canadian Yacht Club. You can thank the creative minds at The White Book Co. for putting together this classic look that boasts a sophisticated white palette, darling details and pops of colour. Thankfully the talented Lindsie Grey was on hand to capture each memorable moment. You’ll definitely want to check out this gallery.
A statuesque porch, gorgeous greenery, and an adorable dog made for the most special photo session for the couple.
Overlooking the stunning view of Lake Ontario and surrounded by family and friends, the couple’s outdoor ceremony, which was officiated by Judy Swahnberg, is truly something special.
Simple and elegant encapsulates the couple’s reception. A neutral palette gives it that crisp traditional feel while pops of tangerine, peach and gold, including the beautiful blooms from A Petal or Two, gave a breath of fresh air and fun to the night. Lovely personal details were also a part of the festivities, including tiny bags of Columbia coffee as gifts and having a “crazy hour” (La Hora Loca), a nod to the groom’s Colombian heritage. Guests later dined on an exquisite cake from Bobbette & Belle and danced the night away to the tunes from DJ Sole Power & The Digs.
