If you were hoping to lose yourself in a wedding that has an elegant dinner party vibe with the prettiest colour palette and the most charming personal details, you’re in luck! Lisa and Francesco’s big day at the Terrace Banquet Centre had it all. The couple met at high school in the same art class, and while Francesco first showed interest in Lisa, Lisa wasn’t interested. It took Francesco several attempts to win her heart. The rest is history, and comes to an exciting new beginning with this gorgeous wedding planned by Tanya D’Angela of Classy Affairs. Lisa looked like the most beautiful bride, thanks in part to her flawless makeup by Michele Gomes Makeup and Hair. The couple’s romantic photo session was filled with many heartfelt and playful moments.
The couple made it official at the St. Catherine of Sienna Church before their elegant reception. Their original concept was to keep within the fall tones of burgundy, blush and gold for their October wedding. As they approached the wedding they wanted to make it more modern, they so added black and taupe as a pop that really complimented the other colours. Black was used in the stands, table numbers, velvet napkins and cutlery. Mixed with crisp clean white, the decor from Table Tales really stood out in the reception. Precious Flowers layered on the most incredible florals with tabletop arrangements, along with chic stationary from The Polka Dot Paper Shop. Guests indulged in the most beautiful cake from Cakeity Cakes before dancing the night away to the tunes of bb Blanc Entertainment on the custom dance floor by Creative Dance Floors.
