The neutral tones chosen for the cocktail space created a warm and inviting atmosphere, proving that The Globe is a versatile blank canvas that can be transformed to suit any style.
For the main dining area, Element also showcased three different dining setups—each one more stunning than the last. I should also mention the stunning rooftop terrace is absolutely perfect in the warmer months!
The florals added a stunning and sophisticated touch to the entire event. Staying true to the neutral colour palette, their arrangements complemented the décor beautifully. From soft, romantic centrepieces to delicate floral accents, every bloom enhanced the natural beauty of the venue, providing a subtle yet impactful visual that elevated the atmosphere without overwhelming the space.
As guests began their arrival, the sweet sounds of Michael Coombs Entertainment filled the air, striking the perfect tone for the day.
Now let’s talk about the food! McEwan Catering brought their A-game with two delightful savoury stations — small plates of oven roasted halibut and a beet salad station that were as delicious as they were beautifully presented. But for me, the real star of the culinary show was the dessert station, which featured an unbelievably tasty raspberry cheesecake. It was so incredible, I may or may not have indulged in three (and I’m not the only one!).
As guests mingled, the bartenders from DGS Events were busy showcasing their latest concoction: a spicy margarita that quickly became a crowd favorite. Yes, I may have had three of those too, but who’s counting?
