Samara and Eli held their I-Dos at the luxury event venue, Bellvue Manor. Acclaimed for its majestic halls and glistening chandeliers, it was the ideal space for this chic couple’s wedding day. Samara donned a lace, off-the-shoulder, cream white gown while her bridesmaids wore light shades of nude and pink. Luminous Weddings photographed all the precious moments throughout the big day.
The venue’s great halls, tall columns and brick walls gave the couple’s sweet photo session a sensational, regal look.
The smiles of family and friends lit the room as Samara and Eli exchanged wedding vows under a floral chuppah flanked by gorgeous white cherry blossom trees.
From the Bride: There were so many special moments throughout our wedding day, but one of my favourites was the bedeken, a custom in Jewish weddings where the groom veils the bride before the chuppah (ceremony). There was so much energy, spirit and emotion as everyone sang and cheered while Eli was marched towards me on his friend’s shoulders. Once he reached me, he whispered something personal in my ear, then put the veil over my face after which I was blessed by my father and father in-law. This moment is something that will stay with me forever.
Once the couple exchanged their vows, guests entered the venue’s grand salon.
From the Bride: I had a particular idea in mind of how I wanted the room to look and Craig and the DT Floral team did an amazing job of bringing that vision to reality. I wanted an elegant, fresh and warm feel throughout the room which was achieved by using whites and pastels, a lot of candle light and the lush trees, blossoms and peonies in the flower arrangements.
Around the Table provided the shimmering silver linens that lent a sparkle to the room while DT Floral & Décor designed the show-stopping centerpieces that were made up of delicate blooms in tall vases and smaller bouquets of fluffy florals rested below amongst tea lights. Guests enjoyed an exquisite dinner followed by delicious desserts. Easy Sweets provided a delightful cake as well as crème brûlée, mille feuilles, cake pops, and more – talk about yum! After speeches of laughs and joyful tears, a live band took the stage as Samara and Eli had their first dance as newlyweds. It was a truly joyous night that all will remember.
