From the moment I entered this beautifully designed building, I knew the open house at W Event Boutique would be unlike any other. This incredible evening engaged many prominent vendors in the industry, each with an opportunity to showcase their talents for guests to enjoy. We were treated to the very best in food, florals, and event options, with the opportunity to explore the incredible features of this stunning venue. The W Event Boutique is truly a one-of-a-kind space with endless opportunities for customization and personal expression. The high ceilings were adorned with gorgeous suspended florals, courtesy of Let's Party Consultants – the venue’s exclusive planning team. These stunning overhead arrangements, and cascading garlands, gave guests an intimate, lush, and luxurious garden experience. The room felt romantic, warm, and ambient!
Themed tables could be seen at every turn, with ornately designed flowers and impeccable stemware and flatware perfectly displayed by Plate Occasions. The tables were designed to appeal to all types of styles and spanned across varying colour palettes, further showcasing the endless possibilities within this space.
Enzo Mercuri Designs and Chair Decor can be credited for the fine furnishings found within this space, and for creating a soft-seating area for us to all kick back, and mingle over a drink.
Each element was meticulously designed, leaving guests in awe of the elaborate and alluring aesthetic detailing found throughout the space.
Soho Sweet Carts and WeBalloonz were a breath of fun, fresh air, producing an element of entertainment and enticing us with their visually appealing displays. Their vibrant colour displays popped and enticed guests to indulge in a treat or two throughout the evening!
Oh So Sweet‘s delectable delights are as precise in their perfect flavouring, as they are expansive in their offerings. They cater to every palette and specialize in allergy-friendly desserts. Carefully blended to appeal to all guests, these delicious desserts are peanut, tree nut and soy-free for all to enjoy.
Marquee Marc added novelty lettering designs, transforming this space to a customized haven with their light-up marquee.
Guests journeyed through this space with the sounds produced by the in-house entertainment company, Digital X Entertainment. The sound quality within the venue is crisp, clear, and designed to ensure the best acoustics for guests to enjoy.
Guests were also treated to an exceptional culinary experience. Seventh Heaven Event Catering filled the room with the tantalizing aroma of their mouth-watering food. The food far exceeded all expectations, with bursts of flavor dancing within every bite!
As an added touch of excellence, everyone’s experience was captured by PhotoboothTO. Each guest had the opportunity to snap a few special moments.
This was an unforgettable, impressive experience from beginning to end. I was amazed at every turn and impressed by every encounter. A true collective of high-calibre vendors are housed within a space that breathes luxurious elements and encourages personal expression through customizable designs.
