The Henley Room served as a blank canvas for the event planners to showcase their creativity and play with colors. Using asymmetrical wood planks and bold pops of purple and blue, the team created a watercolor backdrop inspired by the beautiful view of Lake Ontario for the whimsical Chapel design. Narcissus & Echo‘s talented florist, Maria, added vibrant and romantic florals to bring the design to life, perfectly complementing the blue and purple hues that filled the Chapel. The couple’s intimate ceremony space was set to the sweet sound of Next Level Entertainment duo. Officiants Leonard Nolasco, Kelley Potter, Jonny Belinko Wedding Officiant made the ceremony heartwarming and intimate, allowing the couples to exchange their vows with ease. After walking down the aisle as newlyweds, the team toasted the couples with sparkling fresh wines.
Olivia Yang Cake Studio‘s matched the décor perfectly and came in delicious flavors like salted caramel and chocolate chai. The Chapel treats continued with a Purplesful Snacking popcorn bar and melt-in-your-mouth delicious Courage Cookies.

The event was able to donate a total of $4200 to two charitable organizations, Sick Kids Hospital and Afghan Women’s Organization, thanks to the wonderful couples who chose to get married in the Pop-Up Chapels and the talented vendors who helped make the event a success. Sick Kids is Canada’s largest hospital-based child health research institute dedicated to improving the health of children, while Afghan Womens Organization works to improve the quality of life and promote the social and economic inclusion of refugees and immigrants who have experienced wars and persecution. The Pop-Up Chapel team was thrilled to leave a meaningful legacy on behalf of the couples and share the love they received and witnessed at the Chapels.
