Lyvia and her team at Alo Salon are true professionals and an absolute pleasure to work with. In the lead up to our event, they managed plenty of last-minute changes, requests and guest accommodations, while maintaining the original vision for our event and provided an extraordinary experience for our guests. Their flexibility and ability to create bespoke solutions for our groups needs was superb and greatly appreciated - from presentation and itinerary to drinks and menu selection. The fantastic service our group received during our event was mentioned on multiple occassions by our guests. I highly recommend working with Lyvia and her team, I'll certainly be returning.

This space is a true gem in the heart of Yorkville. A perfect space for an intimate cocktail reception, followed by a seated dinner. We hosted a group of 20 distinguished guests who were thrilled by the modern environment, the inspired menu and the kind, professional and truly welcoming Alo Salon team. I have already recommended to those in my Toronto network and will continue to consider ways that I can use this space again in the near future. It was so good, that one of our guests booked their holiday event at Alo the very next morning!

I truly cannot imagine a more enjoyable experience top to bottom. Weeks prior to the event I was trying to plan, I was emailing the general manager Alanna with a ton of different requests and to find out about availabilities. The dates switched multiple times and she always made every request I made seem effortless on her end, contacting me via email or phone depending on how in-depth the chat needed to be. I was even hesitant about the cost at first and they even customized the event that way. Multiple food allergies/dietary restrictions were handled effortlessly, the food was literally the best I or any of the other guests had ever had, and the custom cocktails are such an incredibly nice touch. I’m truly amazed. I’d eat here every single day of my life if I could afford it. Alanna is the venue-running GOAT - she was even there day of!
