About

Our vision is to change the way that people accept, expect and receive service.We want to raise the expectations.From humble beginnings, Service Co. began working only with the greatest front of house staff, but we realized that there is a need for teams of people who loved working back of house to support the needs of growing restaurants and banquet/convention centres.There was and is also a need for more vetted and secure work spaces for staff in the Toronto and surrounding areas.

If there were more stars to rate my experience working with Service Co., there would not be enough! I have had a tremendously awesome experience since starting a couple of years ago. I think the group of people that have been assembled as staff for this company is perhaps the greatest strength. Imagine coming to work and enjoying your shift as if you had been awarded a one day beach getaway...there are laughs, friendships and like minded people all serving the same purpose: representing Sheena's vision to serve with positive intent, have fun doing it and make life long friendships. I have to remind myself every time I get paid that: Oh yeah...apparently I went to work!! I have a blast! Why? Because every time i have the honour to meet someone new who opens up my work a little more. Ill just take the time now to say thank you to Sheena for making my life even MORE interesting, by helping me step out of my own comfort zones, by learning to enjoy the people around me and by giving me something to look forward to!! ( I honestly can keep going ...but I won't!!)

As an entrepreneur , it's important to have ppl that believe in the vision you have for your brand, and are capable to execute independently. ServiceCo. was instrumental in providing personal service at a private function for a high end client- and it was my first time working with them. I was impressed with the professionalism, the ability to take direction and gauge the room in an intimate setting. Booking online was hassle free and response times were fast. Staff arrived on time, dressed for the event, and ready to work. I felt relaxed and empowered with them on my side. The client raved and even thought we had worked together for years the way the evening seamlessly went- an invaluable compliment. Will call again, will recommend! We have been working with Service Co for over one year and it has been nothing less than perfection! Their friendly and professional staff do a great job of ensuring that the building remains up to cleanliness standards. Their team always arrives on time and work in a timely fashion! We have also used Service Co for our events and they did a great job of ensuring the drinks of our attendees were always replenished. It has been a great pleasure working with Service Co!

Service co. is a great agency, I had so many last second requests that Sheena and Kamoy managed to accommodate ( honestly saved my bum so many times haha ). I would absolutely recommend, the staff is friendly and polite.

This is the second year I reached out to Service Co to be the professionals at my staff holiday party. What a pleasure to have them there. From serving drinks, to replenishing the buffet whenever food ran low, to helping clean up on a consistent basis was just awesome. The staff at Service Co are simply a delight; very professional, courteous, always smiling and just all around a great team. Can't wait for next year, as I will be hiring them again.
