If you're considering a decor and floral company, I would recommend looking elsewhere. We booked their services for my niece's wedding and provided a deposit. However, during our recent appointment, we discovered that nothing had been documented or confirmed in a contract, and they misrepresented the status of our order. The experience was incredibly disappointing. After the appointment, we decided to terminate our agreement and requested a refund of our deposit, which they refused. Communication has been lacking, as they do not return calls and exhibit unprofessional behavior. From our very first meeting, Pam was an absolute pleasure to deal with, she saw what I was going for and instantly knew what I wanted for both my shower and wedding. I don't normally leave bad reviews online, but I'll make an exception for Right Choice. They were impossible to get a hold of. They kept losing our order. They got the order wrong on every invoice they sent us and, since they're difficult to actually speak with, it took a while to fix it. It took three times for them to understand. Meanwhile they would call asking for payment when it's impossible to pay them since the invoice was inaccurate. After all that, they didn't send three table cloths, but charged us for them anyway. We never got our money back. They also took chargers from another company and didn't seem to notice or care. Someone from our venue had to go to them to pick the chargers up. They were the only vendor we had that I would not recommend.Read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I wouldn't work with this company again if they were the last decor company on earth. We only booked with them because my venue suggested them, but honestly I would forfeit your deposit if you have already booked with them, that's how bad they were. 1) the communication is terrible - they take forever to call you back or don't call back at all, when they do they seem to have no idea who you are or what your order is. I was told so many times "i'll call you back later today" or "i'll send you that by email right away" only to wait days before eventually calling them back. None of Pam's employees have any authority to make decisions so you are always waiting on the elusive Pam, who never ever ever calls back, is impossible to get an appointment with, and cancels at the last minute. The only way I ever successfully got hold of them or booked an appointment was through my venue coordinator- they would respond to her calls because she was a repeat customer. 2) whenever they sent me a quote it was the wrong items. It took forever to get things changed because of the above mentioned communication issues. In the end they eventually got the final order wrong for my wedding, they didn't bring us several specialty table cloths that we had paid for. Of course they never responded to my request for a refund on the items I paid for but never received. 3) I ended up ordering some chargers for the head table from another company (because it would have taken forever/been impossible to get right choice to understand or communicate about this) and they ended up taking the other companies chargers with them when they picked up their own. Did they notice the error or contact me about it? No, it took over a dozen phone calls and email from myself and my venue coordinator to get them back, eventually the venue sent someone over to their office to pick them up because they are so incompetent. I got charged by the other rental company for an extra rental. The decor looked fine in the end, minus the table cloths that we never received, however absolutely nothing is worth the added stress that comes with working with an incompetent and unprofessional vendor who cannot communicate.Read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. Would cancel with them if hadn't already given a deposit. Never answer emails or voicemails, and when they do they never seem to know what's going on with your order. Very hard to schedule a meeting and they cancel last minute. Avoid. Not worth the stress.Read more
