I had an incredible experience with Viktoriia for my wedding. Viktoriia and her team are true professionals - they were prompt, very pleasant and extremely good at what they do. I generally knew I wanted my hair up for the ceremony and down for the reception, and I showed Viktoriia a couple of inspo pics. I did not have any specific vision at all for makeup. Viktoriia blew me away with what she was able to do, and I received so many compliments from guests. Her team made all my bridesmaids, my mom and mother-in-law very happy. They were meticulous yet quick, and everyone looked gorgeous.

Beyond this, Viktoriia brought me so much calm on the morning of the wedding. It actually felt like I was getting ready with a friend - she got my mind off of the stressful things, and the morning just flew by. I wanted to change my hairstyle for the reception, and Viktoriia was able to execute that in an hour, and I got so many compliments. Even despite a snafu where we had to switch bridal suites during the middle of the hair change and move everything to a new bridal suite, she did her job flawlessly. You definitely will not go wrong hiring Viktoriia - she truly is amazing at what she does!

Vikka CANCELLED on me 4 days before my wedding... I wish no bride will ever have to go through what I did. I booked Vikka in May 2022 for my January 2023 wedding, for myself, four bridesmaids and mother for both hair and make up. We communicated on the phone many times and contract was signed/deposit given. Vikka DM'd me on Instagram the Tuesday before my wedding saying she will NOT be able to return in time from her vacation due to paperwork. The panic I felt to reschedule someone for my hair and make up the week of my wedding was awful. It was the WORST thing Vikka could of done to a bride, so unprofessional. I was so lucky to be able to find two new people, but I thought we all would of been doing our own. She recommended two new people in Mississauga that I did not want to go with at all. I would never recommend or book Vikka! I had a feeling she was going to cancel when she was posting vacation pictures and told me she would be returning the day before my wedding weekend. It was such traumatic experience and I hope no one will have to experience this. Do not book Luxe Look, Vikka was able to cancel so easily on brides.
