My fiancé’s mother turned 60 this year and we needed a celebratory cake! We asked Alexandria for some suggestions and she created a wonderful chocolate drip cake with salted caramel drizzle. It was a huge success, everyone loved the cake! Not only was it beautiful decorated but it was delicious. So delicious in fact there wasn’t much time to get a photo... We are are also using Alexandria’s services to create our wedding croquembouche (traditional French wedding). She is the only baker in the city of Toronto that we’ve found who is able to meet our, albeit high, expectations. The process has been wonderful and her clear prompt communication will put any bride at ease. She is honestly the last vendor I am worried about with regards to quality and reliability.
