Held at the charming Renaissance by the Creek and meticulously orchestrated by founders of WPIC, Danielle Andrews and Tracey Manailescu, this event not only brings together professionals, but also sets a benchmark for industry standards. It marks the exciting kickoff to the upcoming wedding season, creating a buzz of anticipation among wedding and event planners.
The venue provided a stunning backdrop for the gala. The event design, curated by Tristan Da Silva from Luxe Designs and recognized as the Wedding Designer of the Year, showcased a carefully chosen colour palette of champagne that gracefully flowed through the design. Linens from and tableware supplied by were integral in bringing this vision to life. The décor featured gold chairs and cutlery, while floral arrangements infused warmth with peach and soft pink roses, along with whimsical baby’s breath, complemented by gold candelabras.
During cocktail hour, attendees indulged in a relaxing and sense-sational hand massage provided by – the perfect addition for bridal showers, milestone occasions, and corporate events.
In addition, two memorable photo opportunities were provided by , offering both digital and printed photos within minutes for a delightful memento. Meanwhile, presented a fun 360 photobooth experience, adding an extra layer of excitement to the festivities.
Guests became artists with collaborative art at where each participant added brush strokes to create a mosaic masterpiece. This service is not only an excellent idea for wedding guests, but also makes for a wonderful gift for hosts of an event to take home.
A variety of delicious wines was served throughout the event, with sponsorship from Grapefully Yours, known for their offerings, including customized labels for wedding and event souvenirs.
The sweet table, brought to life by Fruitilicious Cakes was a major hit. A delectable array of treats, including cake pops, cupcakes, madeleines, cannoli, and chocolate-covered strawberries, was elegantly presented with gold accents and hues of pinks and peaches, harmonizing perfectly with the overall décor.
Guests were spoiled with delicious appetizers, enhancing the culinary indulgence of the event. The dinner proved to be a true delight, with standout moments such as the niçoise salad featuring grilled shrimp served in a coconut shell. The intermezzo was an intriguing addition—a smoky teapot offering a choice between lemon or raspberry sorbet. The presentation was truly exceptional. Throughout the evening, the venue provided a high level of service, adding to the overall excellence of the experience.
